The power of both the trimmer and blower is excellent with the 60v batteries, only drawback is the difficulty in reloading tap and go head on trimmer. 👍👍👍👍

Failure to describe circuit breaker on handle which fails occasionally

Uneven cut (Mohawk) was my biggest complaint until I packed it up to go 200 miles to mow some property, only to have the infamous BEEP-BEEP. After returning home from my wasted trip and diving into it I found there is a 'circuit breaker' toggle on the bottom of the handle (switch side) which was not clearing. Disconnecting it (remove covers - 2 wire blue/white) resulted in proper starting. I depressed the CB several times until it felt released and reconnected it with proper operation.
There is NO description of this all black switch as to purpose or replacement availability in the provided manual.
Would not buy again, I feel lucky the controller board didn't fail, I see that happens as well.

Auto speed sensing is slow to react to heavy patches, get to the end of a row and take more than 3 seconds to turn around and it slows back down, doesn't speed back up until you're halfway down the row.
Bought the 60v String trimmer before all this, so heavy I injured my shoulder using it too long.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I've only owned both briefly, and so far they have both worked great at what they do. I took off a star, not because I'm in any way unhappy with either product, but because I have no experience with other electric string trimmers or blowers, so I have no idea as to how they compare to other models and/or other brands. I have used gasoline powered string trimmers and blowers in the past and I prefer electric. Dealing with gasoline and 2-cycle oil is annoying and the fumes are terrible. With these you just put the battery in the charger when done and let it fully recharge to use the next time. You don't have to worry about getting gasoline or 2-cycle oil, if you run out, and you don't have to worry about sparkplugs, etc. I live in a suburban home with a quarter acre lot, and I've never come close to running the battery down while trimming and cleaning the sidewalks off at the home where I live.

This trimmer was do weak i wish i could return it. We own the tiller and it has lots of power. I also own a 40 volt blab n decker that has move power than this 13" trimmer. And its 60 volt.
