[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] While the 13" trimmer does not have a wide swath of clearing, nevertheless, because it gets into small nooks and crannies with ease, I find it a good buy. It is relatively lightweight, considering the 80V battery is pretty heavy, but a shoulder strap is not needed (at least not for me, and I'm over 80 years old). I have not replaced any string, so I cannot testify to the ease of restringing the machine, but going by GreenWorks reputation and my experience with two other GreenWorks products, I am confident it is manageable without too much ado.

Excellent Price and Features, Amazing Performance

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just got mine in today and all three pieces (Lawn Mower, Weed Eater, Leaf Blower) were very easy to setup and performed excellently. I love all the thoughtful features included in these but the thing I love the absolute most is that the lawnmower has a cover for the battery in case you were to get caught out in the rain, and the lawnmower is extremely gentle with almost no vibration whatsoever which is HUGE for me because I typically hate push mowers just because they make my hands itchy but not this one. The cut was excellent and it seemed to use less power when cutting less congested areas and it would ramp up the power when cutting more congested areas.
Would give this bundle 6 stars if I could.

I have used this exactly 2 times and it no longer works. The button that you push to release the battery is broken and the battery is stuck inside of it. During the last trim and some of this one I had to keep the trigger engaged because the safety lock is catching and won't push in intermittently. I am so glad this happened before I bought the pole saw, leaf blower, and snow blower that I was going to purchase. I will call them when I don't work to see if they will replace this lemon of a model but I think it is just really poorly made based on my 2 uses and others reviews. My previous corded trimmer from another brand was built way better and less than half the price.
Pros: Environmentally Safe
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
