Intermittently turning off after second time using it. Tech support after an hour wait said it appears to be the lawn mower
Pros: Quiet
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Battery Issues But Outstanding Customer Service

Bought Jul 2020, had battery issues. Cust Ser walked me through some troubleshooting then sent a new battery Nov 2021. Had issues with that battery Aug 2023, called customer service, spoke with Delaney who took me through some troubleshooting and then said she would send another battery. If I have issues with this new battery she said they would replace the charger. Can't ask more of customer service. Short wait on phone, pleasant, polite and helpful service and a replacement battery. Excellent.
Pros: Cost-Saver, Easy to Use, Effective, Powerful
I would recommend this to a friend!

Does my first electric lawnmower.
Does my first electric lawnmower. Would like a little more power in the electric motor.
The drive speed toggle could be a little sturdier. It seems to drift back.
The turbo button was an interesting feature.
It was relatively easy to assemble
Hoping it lasts the four years

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Easy to push and start. Was able to cut my front yard, side yard and 2/3 of my neighbors front yard with 1 battery. Easy to put battery in and take out and I have arthritis in my hand so it is difficult to grip.
