No parts, breaks down, cheap made!

No parts are ever available. Two heads completely shatter for no reason, even the screws are cheap. Do not buy this. I couldn’t even take it apart because just using a screw driver to back out the screw completely reamed the screw and now this is unusable. Worst construction I’ve ever seen.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Safety Trigger Failure

I bought this last spring because I have several other greenworks products that do a great job. Unfortunately this 13 inch trimmer has an issue with the safety trigger mechanism. I have had to depress the safety just right for some time and often times had to cycle the battery in and out to get it work. It has quit intermittently over the last couple of months. This weekend it finally quit working. Very disappointing.

Adding this blower to my tool arsenal has been the perfect complement to all of my other favorite Greenworks mowers, chainsaws (yes plural) and trimmer. The blower is lightweight, easy to operate and manage, it has very intuitive power controls. Might I add this thing is extremely powerful but easy to control! Not only do I use it for my acreage, but it’s the only thing that gets every last dog hair out of my car, and fast. I have found Greenworks tools to be my favorite and my charging station in my garage has all matching green chargers. I love and recommend this blower to anyone that wants to lighten their work load!

Excellent mower for our farm

Excessive time spent weed trimming no longer made sense where the tractor mower couldn’t reach so we added this machine to our line-up and haven’t been disappointed! We love the mulching feature so that we can use the grass and leaf mulch for our compost garden. Another bonus are the easy to use adjustments for cutting height and user handle height. The battery life is excellent and serves our needs. This is our 3rd Greenworks purchase in the last 2 years and will happily continue to support an American company!
