Cuts Decorative Grass Like Butter

I bought this tool since I already have 2 80V batteries that came with the trimmer and blower set whuch I have been happy with. We have numerous large decorative grasses that need to be cut down (typically late winter), but I needed to take a large one down now for other reasons. Our existing battery powered hedge cutter is for lighter tasks, so I bought this hoping it would do what I needed. This 80V cutter sliced thru a large, mature Chinese Silver Grass like butter, even working well down near the crown to get me much-needed clearance. Now, obviously I can't speak yet to the longevity or customer service, but I hope those won't be an issue.

Trimmer has plenty of power to manage trimming needs to shrubs. It can be a little on the heavier side with the battery installed but still not bad. Great job and long battery life to complete jobs

I have used it for two summers now, works great. The time I used to spend getting my cords out and putting them away I can get half of my hedges trimmed in stead!

I have nearly all the 70v tools and like the others, this has a similar build quality, a little on e plastic side but very functional and more importantly strong and drop resistant.
It provides a decent cut, but it is a little on the heavy side even with the smallest battery. Overall I’m satisfied as it is a lot stronger than other battery operated trimmers I have used previously.
