Great snow blower

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Works great in all types of snow and will go through 10” depth. The only downside are the parts. There are two wear pads on the front. In my opinion they’re replaceable because they are wear pads. They tell me they are not replaceable. They gave me part numbers . But I can’t get them.

This is the best gift my wife has ever gotten me. I use mine all the time and my wife is constantly amazed at how much I use it.

I’ve owned this for a few seasons now. It has held up well and performed great.
I was reluctant at first thinking that it was a plastic toy, but I was proven wrong. I use this snow blower for most of the snowfalls. My other big 10hp gas blower is only brought out for the biggest of blizzards.
It is quiet for those early morning runs. The 2-amp hr battery is good enough for two driveways and the side walks. It charges full in the time that it takes me to clean off the cars and move them into the street. I can do a final pass to make it perfect.
I recommend.

The best snowblower I've owned in 50 years

This replaced a 30 yr old Ariens 8 hp. I remember when the Ariens was new and this outperformed it. It is about 1/2 the weight of the old beast. The handles are also a couple inches higher, which for me, at 6'1" is a huge plus. I used it several times last spring and threw a lot of heavy, wet snow-- and threw it farther than the old machine ever did.
The only negative is, because it is so light,, the traction isn't quite what the old beast had-- but that is a small price to pay for the super convenience of this machine.
I have a 200' driveway and a turnaround spot and one set of batteries will clear 6" of wet snow- the end of driveway from a plow- and 2 cars wide the length of the driveway.

I bought this blower to replace one with the flat nozzle. With this one I can walk down the middle of my driveway and clear both sides with a wave back and forth. After cutting the grass if there are any clumps on top of the lawn this blows them down into the grass.
Pros: Effective, Powerful

Battery Issues But Outstanding Customer Service

Bought Jul 2020, had battery issues. Cust Ser walked me through some troubleshooting then sent a new battery Nov 2021. Had issues with that battery Aug 2023, called customer service, spoke with Delaney who took me through some troubleshooting and then said she would send another battery. If I have issues with this new battery she said they would replace the charger. Can't ask more of customer service. Short wait on phone, pleasant, polite and helpful service and a replacement battery. Excellent.

I've had this blower two years this fall and I still like it. The only negative is that it is heavy, but that is what you get when you get an 80 volt battery.
Pros: Convenient, Easy to Use, Quiet, Durable, Effective, Powerful
