So easy to be ready for anything

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this a week ago. I bought it because my gas snowblower had a fuel leak, And because I already have an 80 V green works string trimmer. Assembly was a snap. We haven’t had enough snow to use this new guy yet, but knowing that I don’t have to worry about fuel or fuel leaks is quite reassuring.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This snow blower really throws the snow. No more gasoline. No more fouled carburetors after sitting for the summer. No more fouled spark plug. I couldn't be happier with this purchase. So convenient !!!

Good Blower but bad design for the scrapper

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had to replace the Scrapper after only 1 season and then the replacement broke off the 2nd time I used it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

As scrappers are a wearable item, they are not covered under warranty.
Here are a few suggestions when storing your Snow Thrower for the next season.
• Run the snow thrower for a few minutes in order to melt any snow that may be left on the snow thrower.
• Wipe the snow thrower off with a dry cloth before storage. This will help prevent ice building up on the unit and parts freezing.
• Remove the battery and store it in a cool dry location, if possible. Charge the battery every six months when not in use in order to increase its life.
• Inspect the snow thrower thoroughly for worn, loose, or damaged parts. If any parts must be repaired or replaced, contact the Toll-Free Helpline, at 1-888-909-6757.
• Store the snow thrower in a clean, dry place. Cover it in order to provide added protection.
• Always store battery and charger indoors.

Renewed Product of Great Value and Performance

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this renewed product 80V 800 CFM Brushless Leaf Blower with Battery and Charger as I wanted something that had enough power to blow wet leaves. Had concern of product being "renewed", but took a chance because of the price savings. Well worth it. Product performed as expected and worked like a charm. Obviously, the Battery was not high enough CFM (only 2.5 Ah) came with the package, but before it gave out, worked extremely well. Clearly, the product needs a larger Ah Battery for the time needed, but the purchase was well worth it.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Not all Greenworks fault.

As others have mentioned, this is a fairly easily broken part I have replaced mine three times in the three seasons I’ve owned it. I had zero issues the first season but after the second snow of 2024, I noticed the blower catching on the seams and cracks in my driveway and sidewalks. After catching a crack rather hard, the scrapper shattered and rendered my blower useless. I bought two replacements and quickly destroyed them as well. It was at this point I realized that the two sliders on the front were completely worn down and allowing the scrapper to fully rest on the ground and catch every crack and seam, completely destroying it in just a few uses. The original front two sliders on my 2023 80v 22in blower were not adjustable and I didn’t realize they had worn down so quickly. It is my understanding that Greenworks has an updated design with elongated mounting slots to make them adjustable and allow for more usable life from the front two sliders. There is also a strong makers community if you do 3D printing. After replacing my front slides and keeping them adjusted correctly to maintain a slight clearance for the scrapper above the ground, I like mine at about 3mm or 1/8in off the ground, I haven’t had any issues destroying the scraper. Every snow blower I’ve owned has had these front adjustable sliders but usually made from steel that would leave scratches on my concrete and were really noisy. Just check your front slider adjustment at the beginning of the season and once or twice during and maintain a slight clearance above the ground for the scrapper and they last. Things wear out and our equipment requires routine maintenance and adjustment so keep that in mind
Pros: Convenient, Easy to Use, Quiet, Durable, Powerful

Made with a lot of plastic

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not sure of it’s operation as I have not needed to use it yet but the printed instructions have a lot to be desired. Text is too small, instructions need to be more clear, diagrams/illustrations need to be larger and in more detail. You’re better off looking on YouTube for assembly instructions.

Awesome Product !

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Greenworks is all in on electric yard tools and so am I. This is my 4th greenworks tool & I couldn't be happier. I was already sold on these tools but then I ran into a glitch that I caused myself by wearing a hooded sweaetshirt with hanging strings. One of the strings was sucked inside of the unit. It had a metal end & broke a fan blade off. So next I learned how commited greenworks are to their warranty. I dont believe I've ever worked with a more professional & caring company! If your considering a cordless electric tool you should give them a shot.

Printed instructions are poor.

This review concerns the enclosed assembly instructions, not the snowblower itself. The instruction manual has a lot to be desired. Several improvements need to be made to the printed instructions, namely the size of the text and diagrams/illustrations need to be larger and in more detail. You're better off looking for assembly instructions on YouTube. I haven't the need to use the snowblower yet so I can not make a review on it's operation. Hopefully, it lives up to the advertising hype.
