No more hassle with unwinding and dragging around electrical cords - it's so easy to just pictk it up and get to work. The battery charges well, and lasts a long time. The power is excellent, and I've enjoyed using it not only in the yard but even around the house when needed.
As a woman with a smaller frame, I really appreciate the included shoulder strap. It makes carrying and using it so much more comfortable and manageable, letting me enjoy the full power with feeling weighed down. Honestly, this has been the greatest gift I've even given myself. If you're looking for a tool that's powerful, convenient, and thoughtfully designed, I highly recommend it!

Cheap, and cheaply built

The chute is poorly designed as it depends on 2 fragile integrated plastic tabs on each side of the interior of the chute to hold the adjustable hood in place. These tabs break especially easily. Further, installation of a new chute requires a major disassembly of the blower and that requires specialized tools you likely won't have available to you - in my case, a long-handled Torx 20 driver.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The plastic tabs are intended to hold the hood securely in place, but we understand they can be vulnerable under stress.
