[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] On the positive side it always starts, thus the 2 rating. If have 2 to 3 inches of power snow and narrow driveway it kind of works. If wet snow and larger area forget it. My son has the twin battery blower and it works much better. Have multiple other Greenwork products and highly recommend them.

If you frequently encounter wet snow, you may require a snow blower designed specifically for heavier snow conditions. We offer a variety of two-stage blowers. Greenworks single-stage snow blowers are typically designed for snowfalls of 8–12 inches or less, are intended for use on flat, paved surfaces, and are not self-propelled. However, they can still function in both lighter and moderately heavier snow conditions.
A two-stage snow blower is a larger machine equipped with an auger that cuts into the snow and feeds it into a separately driven impeller, which discharges the snow through the chute. This two-stage system speeds up the snow-clearing process and performs better in deeper snowfalls of more than 10 inches. Greenworks two-stage snow blowers are self-propelled and feature all-metal augers, along with sufficient ground clearance for use on uneven or gravel surfaces.

Needs to be redesigned for more robust resilience

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the weakest link in an otherwise effective product. The design is thin and brittle and it is prone to premature chipping/cracking/breaking. This is my third one in 2yrs of normal use.
