This renewed blower exceeded all my expectations. Rugged, great engineering, powerful, and good battery run time. Also, I had a little issue with one part. Customer care was exceptional by following through quickly, being professional, very friendly, and kept me well informed while they corrected my issue. This is my second Greenworks product in which I would highly recommend.

This happens because the battery’s built-in protection (BMS) kicks in when the charge gets low to prevent over-discharge and protect the battery. To help avoid this, try charging the battery fully before heavy use or swapping in a fresh battery if you have a second one. Since the blower draws a lot of power, this can still happen near the end of a charge. Poor quality

I bought this renewed leaf blower 2 weeks ago. It arrived as advertised used and slightly scuffed. The first time we used the blower it felt very underwhelming. I have a small "cheap" blower that blows about as hard as this one does. The battery lasted 22 minutes before needing charged. I didn't use turbo. In fact I didn't know it had one until I was looking for info on returning it. Surprise, I can't return it because it's a renewed tool. Even if battery and blower do not work as advertised. Hooray!! There is a warranty department. Maybe calling them we work out how to repair the tool and make it useful. Bummer, Warranty number doesn't work. All-in-all very disappointed in greenworks.
