The balance and other ergonomics are fine, the power is reasonable as well …the way degrades a full 4ah battery is NOT appreciated and wasn’t clearly told before purchasing.
I have nearly every 80volt yard tool and this thing doesn’t just blow leaves, it TOTALLY SUCKS battery life 2ay to fast.
Don5 misunderstand my crass humor, I’m very dissatisfied and this will be hard to cover up as I am a crazy advocate for Green works Pro 80 volt series tools!!!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that you are dissatisfied with the run time of this blower. To extend your run time, try using it on a lower speed when high speed is not a requirement. When used at low speed, using the Greenworks 80v 2.5Ah battery the user can get up to 30 -40 minutes on low. As this unit does draw quite a bit of power on high, the run time can be extended by using it at a lower speed. We would be happy to investigate to see whether your run time would be considered average; please submit an email using the customer contact page on our website or give us a call at 1-888-909-6757 (1-888-90WORKS). All we ask that you have access to the unit so that we can complete troubleshooting with you and gather necessary unit information.

Shocks me and doesn’t stay running but for a few minutes

Well I loved this thing at first and then after 3 or 4 shocks from it and now it won’t stay running but just a few minutes, I may be trying to get my money back for it!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

powerful - but needs an updated design to fix bugs

Bought this through a 3rd party. When I received it, it was obviously used before with a missing screw to put it together. I managed to get it put together with spare parts. It has plenty of power, especially on turbo. I have the 4Ah battery and almost never run out of juice. I do however have a few complaints on the design which should be fixed on an update. The turbo button sticks down, its a very poor design, new design should just use a momentary microswitch. The motor sometimes doesn't start. If I reach around and give the backpack a whack with my hand it starts ... unsure how to fix this. The backpack straps are cheap, kind of like a cheap kids backpack. For a professional tool these should be upgraded.
I would recommend this to a friend!
