I have used the combo for over a month, now. I am so pleased with my purchase. Having used gas all my life, going to electric was pretty easy. The power of these guys is amazing. The instant on, no fumes and much lower decibels are a winning combination. Lighter weight also a plus. The battery charges really fast, about 30 minutes. I'm guessing I get about 45 minutes out of the trimmer running it medium to low speed. The battery will get warm if you run it that long, and requires a cool down before it will accept a recharge. If you have that much yard, a second battery is a good idea. Almost forgot the blower, it's great also. I highly recommend these tools.

Bought this combo pack with an extra battery and it's great. The blower has 3 settings and trigger sensitive settings that work great. The Trimmer is light and easy to operate. I get plenty of use time with the 2 batteries and 1 almost fully charges while I use the other; no down time waiting for a charge.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Spend more time trying to get the line replaced and working that it’s worth!! Not near as easy as they promote.

It is possible that the trimmer head just needs to be worked in, as this should be able to be completed by hand. This string trimmer head has been designed for very quick and efficient reload while being easy to rewind. We understand that for some new customers this task may seem overwhelming/difficult but once they do it a few times it’s quite easy – as easy as replacing a spool. It’s also cheaper and more convenient for customers to rewind the trimmer head because they can use any generic .095” trimmer line and save money on more costly replacement spools. If you are experiencing issues with reloading the string, we would be happy to see how we can help!
