First electric mower and I love it!

The GW 21" Pro 80V is my first electric mower after decades of gas powered tools, and I am a convert!! First, as a mower, it has great features like the wide range of cutting height, multi-speed propel, etc. The handle grip and angles are very comfortable and also help move, turn, and manipulate the mower in a comfortable manner. And one of my favorite features is how compactly it stores in the upright position, minimizing the footprint in my storage area - super clever!
The battery system does not disappoint. The 80V batteries have a great long life and recharge quicker than I expected - so much so that I can get the whole yard done and not have to stop to wait for batteries to finish recharging. That was one of my biggest concerns of converting to battery powered, would be needing a lot of batteries to get all the work done. Not a problem at all with the high amp/hour 80V batteries! And the batteries are so quick to change and swap, it couldn't be any easier - great job GW!
My wife even likes the new mower - because it's so much quieter than our old gas mowers! She used to avoid being outside while I was mowing, but she was really surprised with the much lower volume of the mower - and if she's happy, I'm happy!
Pros: Easy to Use, Quiet, Effective, Powerful

My father purchased this for me when I purchased my first home, and it was working great, until, during my last mow of the season, it would not turn on anymore. I did the troubleshooting so I assume it is an issue with the start handle, but I have been unable to reach their customer service team.

I have a small level backyard lawn (~40'x60') plus a super small front lawn. I get 2 weeks of double cutting out of a charge. So nice to have a lightweight unit I can literally fold and hang on the wall.
