Works well

I received this pressure washer on time and in good condition. I like the amount of pressure it has for an electric pressure washer, but wish it had more flow. I feel the pump would last longer if it did not try to build all the pressure and keep running at high speeds when not using, like whole washing a car. Overall good pressure washer, but could use some revamping.

Great for Race Cars!

When our race cars come back from the race track covered in brake dust, tire rubber, caked in dirt, grass, and everything in between, THIS is the pressure washer we reach for. Not only is it compact and easy to use, but it’s just as powerful as any old pressure washer we’ve used in the past. With it being electric instead of gas powered, we love that we can use it inside and it’s not any louder than the machines we use on a daily basis. It’s also so convenient to store, that we can easily load it in any of our trailers. The only downside to this unit is when we want to use it outside, we have to be close to an electrical outlet or use an extension cord.

Good, easy to use machine

Greenworks 3000 psi pressure washer
The machine doesn’t t have the pressure of a gas machine, that I am accustomed to using, but it does have enough pressure to meet my needs and there is much less hassles than dealing with a gas. This is the first machine I have purchased for personal use, as such there are a few improvement that I think would make the machine more user friendly. The first I think would be a huge improvement; put a drain plug in the soap dispenser tank so unused solution can be easily drained. Or better yet, make the tank easily removable so the solution could be poured out. Maybe tabs molded into the tank that fit into pockets or clips on the frame with 1 hand bolt, similar to the handle bolts, to secure it. With a quick connect like the hoses for the machine to draw the solution out during use. It is really a hassle removing unused solution now. Next, improve the wand mount. Maybe angle the bracket on the handle & put a push clip for the nozzle end on the frame. Next is a small, nice to have thing; a hook maybe on the handle for a garden hose. You need a hose to use the machine, it would be nice to be able to store a hose neatly with the machine so everything is there.
Overall I think this a very good, easy to use pressure washer & I’m looking forward to being able to use it for large & quick cleaning tasks.

Hello F Stone,
We are sorry to hear that you are experiencing an issue with your pressure washer. Unfortunately, your review is not detailed enough for us to know what the issue is, but we will try to cover all bases. Here you will find some troubleshooting suggestions for you to try.
Cleaning Obstructed Nozzles: To clean the nozzles, soak all your nozzles in a half and half mixture of warm water and white vinegar. Soak all the nozzles for about an hour and then proceed to poke your nozzle cleaning tool or paper clip through the end of the nozzle hole to poke out any debris. After you have done this, rinse them with warm water. Your nozzles will now be free of any obstructions causing the unit to malfunction. Removing Air from The Line /
Bleeding Out the Unit: Purge any excess air from the pump. Set up the unit as per usual and ensure you are not using an extension cord. Remove any nozzle that may be connected at the end of the wand. Make sure that you have a green light on the GFCI on the power cord. Turn your garden hose on but leave the pressure washer turned OFF. With the pressure washer turned off, squeeze on the trigger for about 3 minutes – allowing the water to run through the unit at no pressure. In doing so, you are bleeding the unit out of any air that may be stuck in the pump. After 3 minutes, turn the unit on. If it is running, reinstall one of your clean nozzles and continue using the unit.
Lastly, ensure that the water source is fully opened and is at least 60PSI. There should be 10' of unrestricted garden hose between the hose connection and the unit, any kinks will prevent the flow of water going into the unit and prevent proper pressure.
Please note this product has a 3-year warranty from the date of purchase. If you have tried these steps and are still experiencing issues, please contact Greenworks at 1-888-909-6757 (1-888-90WORKS).

So far the pressure washer has been awesome. I started my own car detailing business and this was something I wanted to be of quality and built right. The quality of this pressure washer is great and I have nothing but positive things to say about it.

The pressure washer works great but if you need to use an extension cord make sure it’s a heaver extension cord because the pressure washer will not turn on.

Bad pump design, brittle metal

I had this thing for a few years and worked great. Broke just outside of warranty and they did not offer any fix or redress. Don’t bother getting an expensive model thinking it will last longer. There is a design flaw with where the high pressure hose connects, note the other complaints about this.

Turbo worked best for me

Wasn't expecting much but this actually does it all. Used it all weekend on fencing, house, concrete and vehicles. Different nozzles depending on the application. Prime and go, and I don't have to worry about bad gas... Good enough for what I need to get done and then some, these companies have come a looong way with electric pressure washers. Well done.
Pros: Convenient, Effective, Powerful
