[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm a 70 year old woman that took this washer home and unboxed by myself. I read and connected hose and electricity. Washed porch and patio to remove all dirt and mold.
Was pleasantly surprised with all the clean cement............ love this product!!!!

Faulty GFCI

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought a 2000 PSI pressure washer and it was only used a few times before the GFCI stopped working. We borrowed an identical pressure washer from a friend and that one stopped having pressure by the 3rd time we used it. We now purchased a much more powerful and expensive version with a 3 year protection plan.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We are sorry to hear about your experience with your previous pressure washers. That is certainly not the reliability we aim to provide. It sounds like you encountered issues with both the GFCI and pressure output, which are uncommon after only a few uses. We are glad to hear you have upgraded to a more powerful model with a protection plan that added coverage will provide peace of mind. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Received it about a week ago and started cleaning the car trailer that was full of road grime...it does an awesome job with just water! Very quiet compared to the old gas powered one.
I would recommend this to a friend!
