After only a few uses the wand is leaking. Determined its not the o rings. Opened up the wand and water is spraying out from the seam where two parts are molded together. It appears you have to buy a whole new wand which is a third of the cost of the machine and not in stock. I guess you get what you pay for. I bought this for weight savings and small jobs. Save your money and buy one that will last more than a few uses.
This is a a great unit for the homeowner. I've had my gas pressure washer in for expensive service twice in the past two years. I've always used ethanol-free gas and fuel stabilizer...no more! Picked this one up yesterday and restored 50 feet of fence in no time. It does a great job and works as well as my comparable gas pressure washer.
But this machine last year used It 2 or 3 times started it up today and a piece was broken on it don't know if it happened over the winter or when letting pressure build up it broke Like some of the other reviewers have mentioned. Can't seem to find a replacement part, It's sad we spent so much money for only a few uses.

I’ve switched over to all electric and was hoping I could find a powerful washer. I have had a greenworks mower and decided to try this unit out. You will not regret it! Great build quality! No leaks, instant on... no hassle of maintenance, etc. I’m extremely happy with it.
The machine is great for small jobs around the yard. Excellent for car washing. Not enough power to quickly pressure wash a sidewalk or driveway. Biggest con was that after only one month of use, the connection where the water hose attaches to the unit LEAKS AND SPRAYS WATER LIKE CRAZY! I needed something quick and cheap, so its good for the price, however, I wish I would have waited and got a gas unit with more power.

Hello Kellz Sorry to hear of the challenges you are experiencing with your 1600 PSI Electric Pressure Washer (5100102). For users connecting their pressure hose to the unit or trigger for the first time, we suggest adding pressure washer or dish detergent to the rubber seal at each end of the hose. This will allow for easier installation and a snug fit. The Greenworks Pressure Washer comes with a one-year warranty directly from Greenworks, please connect with us on our direct line at 888-909-6757 or by email at info@greenworkstools.com with any questions or warranty needs you have with regarding your pressure. We have a very dedicated customer support team here to help you in any way we can.
Nothing but problems with this device. Overheats, shuts off, refuses to start. Less than 1 year later, it is dead.
Waste of money. Stay away.

I had a gas powered unit that finally gave up. Out of the box I ran this unit for six hours straight cleaning deck, fence and siding on house. I couldn’t be happier. As this unit has less GPM and pressure than my old gas unit I was not sure it would do as good a job. I will definitely recommend this unit.
For an inexpensive, small power washer this works great. We used it to clean our siding which had years worth of moss and dirt from previous owners. We used a bleach solution in the bottle first, then rinsed it down. We saved a bundle doing ourselves rather than hiring someone. Now it is ready to be painted :) We had two issues. One (our fault) is that we did not realize the wand needed to be stored indoors during the Winter and found out when we took it out this year and it was split open. The other problem is finding the replacement wand so we can clean our deck. We just need a new wand not the entire gun.
