This is by far the best power washer ever. This specific pressure washer is perfect for multi functions. I use this washer for my detailing business, it is powerful enough to wash cars but not too powerful that it'll ruin the paint. But not weak where it cannot do other stuff. I can also clean my driveway like a breeze. It is also perfect for the siting on the side of the house, bricks, fences, I have cleaned carpets as well. This truly is multipurpose tool.
This product lasted less than a year until the very brittle metal lower end, where the water hose connects to the pump broke. This broke with simple normal use. No way to buy parts and good luck trying to talk to anyone to help you.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This pressure washer is by far the strongest and quietest pressure washer I have ever used, I would recommend it to anyone and everyone I know. For the price and quality that you’re getting, you cannot get anything better elsewhere!
I purchased this pressure washer about 2 weeks ago and it has worked great so far. I put it together fairly quickly the first night after i purchased it with no problems. I got a little bit of the driveway washed that night before it got too dark. Last weekend I finished the driveway and did the sidewalks. It did such a good job I kept going after reaching my property line and did the neighbor's sidewalk as well (with permission of course!). That night I also washed our van. I think I gave it a pretty good workout for one day and it passed with flying colors.
The pressure washer has plenty of pressure for the types of cleaning I do around the house. I probably won't get around to power washing the house until next spring which should be a better test.
All in all I would recommend this pressure washer to someone looking for powerful, electric washer.
The product is your 1700 PSI Electric Pressure Washer GPW1704. I used the Washer to clean my driveway pavers yesterday. After pausing for lunch, I attempted to resume my work. The Washer would not start. This was extremely frustrating. I reviewed your Troubleshooting recommendations in your manual. None of that helped. I phoned your Customer Service. I was told I was number 252 in the queue. That's quite unbelievable. I read the questions and answers on your web site. Today, I followed your written guidelines to purge the Washer. I set up everything, followed your insructions, and still the Washer would not start. I phoned Customer Service again. I was told that I was number 54 in the queue! I have wasted a tremendous amount of my limited time trying to get this piece of equipmet to work. Right now, I am outraged by all of this.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hello Upset customer,
Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear about this experience. We are sorry to hear about the experience you have encountered with this pressure washer. This issue can be caused by a few factors such as excess air trapped in the pump or clogged nozzles. Here you will find some troubleshooting suggestions to resolve these issues. 1) Clean the nozzles, soak all of your nozzles in a half and half mixture of warm water and white vinegar. Soak all the nozzles for about an hour and then proceed to poke your nozzle cleaning tool or paper clip through the end of the nozzle hole to poke out any debris. After you have done this, rinse them with warm water. Your nozzles will now be free of any obstructions causing the unit to malfunction or power off. 2) Purge any excess air from the pump. Set up the unit as per usual and ensure you are not using an extension cord. Remove any nozzle that may be connected at the end of the wand. Make sure that you have a green light on the GFCI on the power cord. Turn your garden hose on but leave the pressure washer turned OFF. With the pressure washer turned off, squeeze on the trigger for about 3 minutes – allowing the water to run through the unit at no pressure. In doing so, you are bleeding the unit out of any air that may be stuck in the pump. After 3 minutes, turn the unit on. If it is running, reinstall one of your clean nozzles and continue using the unit. We have been inundated with email requests and calls. We are working diligently to respond to each request as promptly and safely as possible, our phone lines are still open Monday to Friday 9AM - 5PM but wait times have increased. We do ask for continued patience as we work through this difficult time. Please note this product has a 3-year warranty from the date of purchase. If you have tried these steps and are still experiencing issues,If you would please kindly reach out to us once more through email on info@greenworkstools.com we would be interested in hearing more about this experience to see how we can help.
