This is the second of these items I bought. I now have one at our home in Maine and the other for the summer place on Cape Cod. It has been a very effective tool.

Hello Carlos Esparza,

We are sorry to hear about this issue! Often, this would be caused by a faulty nozzle, or the unit not being bled of excess air in the line. Here is some troubleshooting below! Be sure to try all steps as described.
1) Clean the nozzles, soak all your nozzles in a half and half mixture of warm water and white vinegar. Soak all the nozzles for about an hour and then proceed to poke your nozzle cleaning tool or paper clip through the end of the nozzle hole to poke out any debris. After you have done this, rinse them with warm water. Your nozzles will now be free of any obstructions causing the unit to malfunction.
2) Purge any excess air from the pump. Set up the unit as per usual and ensure you are not using an extension cord. Remove any nozzle that may be connected at the end of the wand. Make sure that you have a green light on the GFCI on the power cord. Turn your garden hose on but leave the pressure washer turned OFF. With the pressure washer turned off, squeeze on the trigger for about 3 minutes – allowing the water to run through the unit at no pressure. In doing so, you are bleeding the unit out of any air that may be stuck in the pump. After 3 minutes, turn the unit on. If it is running, reinstall one of your clean nozzles and continue using the unit.
3) Ensure that the water source is fully opened and is at least 60PSI.
4) Be sure to try ALL nozzles!

I loved how it turns on only while the handle is pressed. It is very quiet. The blue hose did occasionally bend since the first use. The power is a little lacking compared to what I thought but that is expected from an electric washer. Design is great

Great consumer power washer

This is my first power washer, and it's great. It's very easy to set up and use. I used it on my garage floor which had various paint and stains over the decades. It got most of it out, although some deep-set stains are understandably hard to scrub out with water and probably need some chemicals or solvents. Maybe a higher PSI washer might work, but not worth it for me. I also used it to clean the concrete and stones around the house - wow looks brand new. One note - at first the washer would cycle from full-strength to partial strength during the washing. But once I switched to a different power outlet, it stayed full strength all the time.

Home Car Wash

I bought this to wash our cars and it does that job fantastically. I use Adam’s products—soap straight from the bottle in the soap tank. Spray down the car with high pressure water first apply soap with low pressure soap nozzle, do a little rubbing down with a faux wool pad, high pressure spray to remove the soap. Follow with a blow dry using my Greenworks leaf blower on high. Then touchup details with some Graphene Detail Spray. All told it takes me about 15 minutes to do job. Looks professional and is easy on my bad back. Only took one star off because after first use the hose at the bottom of soap tank had come loose and left a mess on the floor. It hadn’t been properly attached at factory. Fixed easily with a hard push to fully seat it and hasn’t been a problem since.

Our 1940’s home of three years was listed as having “yards and yards of concrete”. We bought the Pro 2300-PSI Brushless 2.3-GPM Electric Pressure Washer because we knew we would need a very substantial pressure washer that could clean the extensive concrete areas of ages of dirt and do it relatively quickly. It does just that. and it is so easy to operate—from set up to cleaning to storing away. Perfect

Awesome Power Washer

I’ve had this power washer about a month. I love the water pressure I use it on my horse trailer, patio, vehicles and the house siding. It does everything I ask of it. The only issue I had was it says it’s a kink resistant hose but I took it out of the box and the hose had 6 kinks in it before I even used it. I still fight with those some but other than that it’s been great.
