Excellent washer with one small problem

I love this washer. It has plenty of power for my household requirements. I don't mind the few seconds of spool up since it keeps the washer quiet and is easier on the components. My one complaint is that the wand will not stay attached to the holder. Even the slightest movement makes it clatter to the ground. It is really hard to roll this washer around when you are running over the wand every time it falls off. I hope Greenworks will make a better holder.
I would recommend this to a friend!

So far, so good. I've only used the pressure washer twice, but it's done everything I've expected. It's very quiet. The design keeps it stable on the ground. I'm checking to see if there is a longer hose, or extension hose available.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I own several sprayers, both gas and electric, and this is by far the most powerful electric sprayer I own. It can compete with my gas sprayers but is much easier to use, transport and operate. I love it.

Hello solarspyder,
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with this product. We are concerned to read that you are feeling let down and that the unit has not fully met your expectations. The Greenworks 1800-PSI Electric Pressure Washer is ideal for everyday high-pressure cleaning jobs around the house.
Each pressure washer nozzle (also called spray tip) creates the pressure in pressure washer. The 15-degree creates a 15-degree wide sheet of water spray at the nozzle. Once the spray hits the surface the pressure is less because its force is spread over a larger area.
The 25-degree is an even larger sheet or fan of water than 15-degree nozzle thus causing even less pressure on the surface.
The 40-degree is the gentlest spray. Held at the right distance you would use a 40-degree nozzle to clean windows.
There are other bigger models that are prepared to handle the bigger clean up jobs. We have Product Experts available to answer any questions you may have, and we will work with you to ensure that your tool suits your needs! Please contact Greenworks Customer Care at 1-888-909-6757 (1-888-90WORKS).

The product works fine, but the water hose connects to the opposite side from the nozzle hose. Makes it awkward to use.

I have used it 2 times and am impressed with the power and convenience of using it. Well thought out design, with one flaw, the wand holder could be better, it dous net hold the wand securely but I still give it 5 stars for power and ease of use. Way better than pain in the a__ gas units.
