Replaced a Simpson Gas Pressure Washer
on May 3, 2025
Posted by: fiftysal2
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a few months ago. Recently used it for 5 days straight for about 3 hours a day cleaning brick pavers and cement. This machine is so much easier than a gas pressure washer and much quieter. I used a surface cleaner with two ports and the pressure was reduced quite a bit but it still worked fine. I also used a 12 foot 12 gauge extension cord with no problems. It also works fine with a 15 amp circuit. It's a 5 star machine for me.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this so much I have been power washing everything and even my neighbors house. It’s so light weight but it puts out a strong stream it makes me very happy because I can use it myself. I’m so glad I got this!!

Outstanding Engineering

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I want to say that the engineers on this product are at the top of their game! They must have been listening to folks! Yes, it takes two batteries but they actually lake it run on one. It only runs for 15 minutes on one, but for south Florida, those are forced breaks. The water connection is on top and in front so when you lean it back to move the machine you are not digging the finger into the ground! Outstanding. I love this purchase and will have no other!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Works on my car where my favorite carwash can't reach, the north side of my house isn't algae green, and concrete sidewalks and garage floor look new. Looking forward to using it on other applications!

Hello TB2025. We are sorry to hear that you are experiencing an issue with your pressure washer. Here you will find some troubleshooting suggestions for you to try. Clean Obstructed Nozzles: To clean the nozzles, soak all your nozzles in a half and half mixture of warm water and white vinegar. Soak all the nozzles for about an hour and then proceed to poke your nozzle cleaning tool or paper clip through the end of the nozzle hole to poke out any debris. After you have done this, rinse them with warm water. Your nozzles will now be free of any obstructions causing the unit to fail to function normally. Remove Air from Line: Purge any excess air from the pump. Set up the unit as usual and ensure you are not using an extension cord. Remove any nozzle that may be connected at the end of the wand. Make sure that you have a green light on the GFCI on the power cord. Turn your garden hose on but leave the pressure washer turned OFF. With the pressure washer turned off, squeeze on the trigger for about 3 minutes – allowing the water to run through the unit at no pressure. In doing so, you are bleeding the unit out of any air that may be stuck in the pump. After 3 minutes, turn the unit on. If it is running, reinstall one of your clean nozzles and continue using the unit. Lastly, ensure the water source is fully opened and is at least 45PSI. There should be 10' of unrestricted garden hose between the hose connection and the unit, any kinks will prevent the flow of water going into the unit and prevent proper pressure. Greenworks 2300 PSI is backed by a three-year warranty from the date of purchase. If you have exhausted all troubleshooting steps and the problem persists, contact us through Live Chat on Greenworks Tools website or call 1-888-909-6757 (1-888-90WORKS). So, our experts can discuss your experience; please have your pressure washer with you along with the model and serial number to complete troubleshooting to ensure quick resolution is provided.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used it just today and it blew my mind I had a 2300 psi ryobi electric pressure washer and always felt it wasn’t the best or that was room for better washing. Well it finally broke the other day. Did my research and behold this is the best electrical pressure washer you could buy.
