[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Did a great job last year -- I used it for the side of my house, front walk, even washing the cars. After leaving it under the deck over the winter, however, the spray gun has broken. Let's see how the warranty works out.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have only had the washer for a few days and used it once. Powerful and easy to use. Cleaned my concrete much better than my old pressure washer. So far, very pleased.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just received but very happy with unit. Extremely happy with how quite the unit is and looking forward to many years use of keeping my boat clean after a day out on the water.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this for power washing the algae off of my back patio and to clean my patio furniture. I haven't used it very much. I bought it in the Spring of 2020 and it no longer works. I am disappointed that it didn't last longer given the minimal use. It lasted 4 years.
Pros: Convenient, Easy to Use
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hello Lora K.
Thank you for reaching out to us. We are sorry to hear that you are experiencing an issue with your pressure washer. Your review is not detailed enough for us to know what the issue is, but we will try to cover all bases. Here you will find some troubleshooting suggestions for you to try. Cleaning Obstructed Nozzles: To clean the nozzles, soak all your nozzles in a half and half mixture of warm water and white vinegar. Soak all the nozzles for about an hour and then proceed to poke your nozzle cleaning tool or paper clip through the end of the nozzle hole to poke out any debris. After you have done this, rinse them with warm water. Your nozzles will now be free of any obstructions causing the unit to fail to function normally. Removing Air from The Line / Bleeding Out the Unit: Purge any excess air from the pump. Set up the unit as per usual and ensure you are not using an extension cord. Remove any nozzle that may be connected at the end of the wand. Make sure that you have a green light on the GFCI on the power cord. Turn your garden hose on but leave the pressure washer turned OFF. With the pressure washer turned off, squeeze on the trigger for about 3 minutes – allowing the water to run through the unit at no pressure. In doing so, you are bleeding the unit out of any air that may be stuck in the pump. After 3 minutes, turn the unit on. If it is running, reinstall one of your clean nozzles and continue using the unit. Lastly, ensure the water source is fully opened and is at least 45PSI. There should be 10' of unrestricted garden hose between the hose connection and the unit, any kinks will prevent the flow of water going into the unit and prevent proper pressure. Although you are past the warranty period, we are still here to help if the troubleshooting suggestions provided does not yield results.
