Love this thing, it's too easy!

I bought this set for my new mudroom and the washer (and matching dryer) is amazing! Easy buttons to select from a 'laundry list' of wash settings. I had to watch a quick video on how to use the detergent dispenser because I wasn't sure how to use it, but the video pointed me in the right direction. I love when you hear it lock, but it also has a button that allows you to add an article if you forget. It operates very quiet, and the laundry is so much drier and weighs less, making it easier to pull clothes out and toss into the dryer.

Great but one downfall

The washer runs great and has awesome features but the washer has two downfalls. The spin cycle shakes our whole house regardless of having vibration pads, shipping bolts removed, and leveled. We even have ours stacked with dryer on top. I am thinking if the washer was on concrete slab such as a basement, it would not be bad. Other than that, it is great.
