Every time i wash towels or blankets even some sheets. The washer just keeps rebalancing & adding more minutes to the time. Sometimes I can stop it & readjust it & then it will spin but I usually have to keep readjusting it & some loads just never will spin so I have to take the whole wet load out & try another combination of laundry. I've had another front load machine, but never had to babysit it like with this one.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We love it. Bought four months ago. It is a dream washer. Does everything but fold the clothes. I would recommend this product to everyone. The clothes come out very clean. It holds Even my queen size comforter. Can't say enough about it

I really like this waher for many reasons. You get a ton of wash cycles. It has a clean washer basket setting. But hands down the best thing is being able to program a cycle that you use frequently on a button.
The only thing we had to figure out is the spin cycle. Our washer is not in the basement so I shakes a whole lot.

GE Customer Service is Great

So far, so good. This is a replacement of another GE washer. GE customer service worked with me to get me this model, after my old one died. This unit is working good so far. Happy with my experience.

Better wash, good for large items such as heavy quilts. I am pleased with results less drying time with spin cycles.

New front load washer

Purchased seven months ago, very happy with it. We are on well water, and this is great for minimal water usage. Great job cleaning my clothes, too. New features of which I haven't tried yet, or probably will never use, such as the steam option. Would recommend.

Extremely loud.

I acquired this washer as part of a warranty swap a few months ago. While its appearance is nice, the washer is very loud and shakes. GE tech was sent to check balance and ensure appropriate capacity. Functionality checked out fine, the washer is just loud by nature.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
