no water coming out

I bought this a few days ago,i notice it doesn't really fill with water and there is no water coming out when it is rinsing,i have check everything im just worry dont know where the water is going,anyone else has had the same issue

Clean Laundry!

After extensive researCh I decided to purchase this model, and I am so glad I did. It's quiet and gets the job done beyond my expectations! My husband spilled glue all over his shirt, I washed it an hour later and was able with a simple wash cycle to get it removed. My daughter plays paintball... no problem for this washer. And there would be my 4 year old who gets into everything. Piece of cake... this washer takes care of business. Even old stains that my previous washer could not get removed, are gone now. I'm so glad I decided on this one. I love the pre-set wash cycles, and especially enjoy the Add Steam feature.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Just got my new washer and I just love it! It's so quiet and handles my sheets and blankets like they were socks. They came out clean and no wrinkles.

It cleans well and does what it should.
It is a world better than an upright.
It is a world better than an upright.
For a perfect rating, it would have to:
1. Have a better system for managing moisture. It is a closed system and mold could be a problem if you forgot to get a load out. The detergent drawer is loaded with water and the window/seal are sopping wet when a load is done. That said, the clothes are REALLY dry when they are done spinning. No issues yet for us though.
2. The spin cycle is loud, but smooth. It is just THAT fast. Not a con, really, but I was not expecting to be able to hear this when separated by a floor and the washer being on basement concrete.
Bonus:remotely notify when done (though this might be a few years early to expect).
