I'M SOOOO IMPRESSED!!!

This unit was recommended to me by my home warranty company as a replacement to my LG unit...needless to say, I was very hesitant! I have been so impressed with the performance of this washer...I'm in love!!!! The only 2 cons are: The the detergent dispenser does not allow me to leave the cup to drain because the drawer has to be closed. Secondly, is the smell of the drum but, that has been improving with use.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Very quiet, excellent cycle options!

I needed to replace a 9-yr-old, front-load GE washer so I did LOTS of research before buying. We have 3 people at home so I wanted at least 4.2 cu ft. (this is 4.3 cu ft). I wanted high speed spin cycle so my dryer wouldn't have to work as hard (this has 1300 rpm). I wanted to be able to add a garment if I forgot something (this has add-a-garment feature). I wanted to see a countdown time until cycle is finished (this has countdown timer). This one and others have a new Steam feature that I can't see does anything extra but sell more washers. I have only had this machine for 3 days but have done 6 loads of laundry....White, Dark, 2- Towels, and 2-Delicates/HandWash. Very Pleased! Clothes are clean, almost dry, quiet spin, pleasant music plays at cycle end!
I would recommend this to a friend!

There's a hole in the bucket

We were initially very happy, but it didn't last. We had a bad leak. The first tech thought it was the drain in the front. The leak continued. The second tech found a break in the light grey plastic piece inside the washer were the water comes into the machine. The wiring below it has hard water deposits and rust starting to spread.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Bought this washer new and was great. Only issue is on installing there was a lack of info to remove the shipping braces inside the washer which caused issues.

I bought this after searching and reviewing many other washers. I wanted one made here in the US not in china or south korea. We as Americans need to support our companies not oversea companies.
This washer is more than I hoped for, I'm looking around the house to wash blankets and pillows that were hard to wash before in my top load. Nice feature is the load balancing for spin dry.....will NOT spin unless the load is in balance.
I would recommend this to anyone looking to update.
