Clothes come out very clean! The steam option is a great tool to sanitize items and loosen old stains. I love how dry it gets my clothes, you can't wring out a single drop of water after they're done washing. Drastically reduces dry time, saving lots of money on my electric bill. I've only been using this washer for about a couple weeks, not much time to have an issue. I've seen negative and positive reviews. Be sure to comply with the manufacturers washing guide provided, as far as load size and amount of soap to use. These overlooked guidelines will shorten the life of your washer and cause other issues with the mechanics. Lastly, it's always a good idea to purchase an extended warranty. Repairs can be costly. the whole house is shaking when it spins during drying cycle. try all we can. decide to return back to seller.
