I bought this a day ago and I have done 4 loads of laundry. Clothes come out smelling and looking clean. I have never owned a front load washer until now and I will never buy another top load again. Run times and efficiency are excellent and I would recommend anyone on the market for a new washer to buy this one!!!

Thie washer has many great features including water/detergent savings but the best is the efficiency of the spin cycles. Clothes are so dry when they come out that the dryer only takes twenty minutes to finish them

Yikes. This is a sensitive machine!! 1st week and we needed a technician...luckily it was a free repair and no problems since. Just know that if you put too much or too little in, the machine will give you problems.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
