Incredibly loud washer

The drain, rinse, & spin cycles on this washer are the loudest I've ever (ever) heard. Horrible. While it washes the clothes fine, the noise it makes is not worth it. I will not buy another GE, nor recommend.

Good Washer

Had to replace an old washer. Decided to replace both the washer and Dryer. The washer does a very good job cleaning and spin drying the close with enough cycle options. Only issue is that the Washer is loud / noisy.

I wish it had the spin cycle selection instead of rinse and spin. I had that on my last ge and loved it. bulky items dont get enough water out, thus the 4 star rating

two year expensive washer

For the price that was paid of this product it only lasted two years and as of 11/8/2019 we now have to purchase a new washer

Disappointed!!

Very disappointed with this washing machine and I am encountering the same fault as everyone else below with regards to my drum bearing being faulty, causing the innner and outer drum to rub, leaving minor leaks on the floor and having a real loud sound during the spinning process. Here's a pic of my lint plug and guess what I found, many shredded pieces of plastic and rubber!!! Cost of the repair will be more than what I paid for the washer itself. My question is that if GE knows about this why isn't there a recall for this? Why aren't the customers being compensated in any way? Washing machines shouldn't be disposable pieces of equipment, they should last more than 3 years. I really hope someone reaches out to me with my concern.

Died after 4 years, it was shaking from first year

I expected much more from GE, the washer starting making noise during the first year when doing spill cycle. every year is became worse and after 4 years it could not finish spin cycle at the lowest speed. Repairmen came in, and said that 1 out of 4 shocks broke off but also the drum and also the boot seals, where it would cost more than a new machine. I have second laundry with LG washer that is running now 13 years without issues.

Awesome washer!

This thing is a beast! It can hold a ton of laundry and it does a great job of getting everything clean. Haven't played with all of the features yet, but every load has come out great with just the default settings. Love the big display and countdown.

We are quite happy with this washer. Bought it 2 months ago, no problems. The spin cycle is so fast that the clothes are nearly dry coming out of the washer.
