When I purchased this, it was a big splurge. It seemed worth the money though. It was not.
Ithe is extremely loud and I don't think it cleans any better than other older models I have had in the past.

I was hesitant to purchase a front load washer, I had heard bad things about them. They smell, don't clean well. Stating the obvious on the smell, as long as you either wipe down the door and rubber rim or leave the door cracked open, you won't have a smell. Anything that stays wet would smell like mildew, it's a no brainer! Clothes are super clean no matter what size the load. I love all of the options for settings too! No issues washing a king size comforter which I love!

My initial reaction to this washer was not good. The spin cycle and fill cycle were horribly noisy. I had a tech come out to look at it and thankfully, he was able to rectify my noise issue. I purchased the pedestal for my new washer and dryer and apparently that was the cause of the noise. The vibration on the pedestal. The tech inserted a few foam pieces and the noise is gone! I really love this washer and was happy see this issue was easily rectified. I hope this knowledge will be helpful to others.
