There is a mouse in my washer!

I have only had the washer for two months and it sounds like it is 20 years old. It squeaks constantly during the wash cycle.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

fairly good after learning how to use features

We have had the washer a couple months and finally figured out how to use the features to get optimal performance.I discovered that the quick wash feature is pretty much useless. It does not put enough water in the drum to properly get clothes clean. However, if I use the time saver option in addition to the extra rinse option it increases the amount of water and allows an extra rinse to remove excess dirt and detergent. The unit looks good. We also bought the matching dryer. We bought the stacking kit to save floor space in our utility room. When the two units are stacked the controls on the dryer would likely be out of reach for a shorter person. Overall I am pleased with the washer.

Love It!

I bought this washer and dryer set about a month ago and I love them! The washer removes stains from a four year old! They even removed stains that the old washer wouldn't get out. The dryer quickly drys clothes and they both are quiet when running.

Came with the house. Good choice. Stylish. Too deep to match up with cabinets. Even though balanced properly, vibrates a lot on last spin cycle.

shake rattle and roll

does a good job cleaning and has useful features like the steam setting. However, after balancing and rebalancing the unit it continues to randomly shake so violently that the whole house vibrates. Not all loads and not all the time but often enough to question the quality.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This is a great washing machine. I'm very happy with it and would highly recommend it. It has settings for almost any washing cycle you could think of, and also has a cleaning cycle! Love it!

Installed yesterday and caught up on a backlog of laundry. Able to change time & temp to suit and is gentle on clothes but cleans very well.
