I bought this and I am so unhappy with it. The washer is extremely loud and vibrates the kitchen and sounds like it's going to fall through the floor if you are in the basement.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love this washer!

Ive had this washer for a couple of months and I love it. it has so many different features but they are easy to find and program. I read reviews that this is a loud washer, I dont have that problem. I can talk on the phone and the machine will be on spin and the person I am talking to cant hear the machine. I received this machine from my warranty company and I couldn't be happier!

Had it installed today & it keeps pausing five minutes into the wash & shutting off. Service is supposed to be out Thursday to see if they can fix it.

On the day of installation this shook so bad it torn the linoleum under it, ripped screws out holding the stacking bracket, and loosened its own leveling feet!

I love this washing machine. Tons of features, yet very easy to figure out. It does an excellent job on everything type of laundry I've used it for.
One key feature and it's important for front loading washers, is the clean the tub feature. Water can sit in your washer after a load and that's not good. Not from lack of draining but just the nature of the beast with a front loader. IE, check under the gasket after a load is finished. After awhile, the tub smells stale. I used the clean tub feature and it smells brand new again.
I know the "water issue" is a drawback on front loaders, but it saves so much water and is so much more efficient that the top loaders. Transferring wet clothes from washer to dryer is so much easier with a front loader also.
So the clean the tub feature was a huge plus with this washer.
