Washes load after load every day of the week and is still spinning quietly after 4 months of heavy use! We live on a farm and it has taken a punishment in dirty laundry!

Not happy; you get what you pay for

disappointed . this is my first HE washer and front loader. The maintenance after every load to keep the rubber gasket clean, drain the bottom water (monthly) and wipe off lint and other debris from plastic window on door that doesn't wash and drain out it ridiculous. And I don't feel that the clothes come out clean. I use Tide, Downey, all top-quality products, but never get the same fresh smelling clothes that I did out of the old GE top loader W&D I replaced.
Sad that I have to go thru so much effort to keep a washing machine clean.
They look great, dark grey metallic finish. But the top scratches so easy.
Last front loaders I will own.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Cleans clothes but vibration excessive

2 months of light use and needed 3 plus hours of tear down and new bearings and drum.
Still vibration seems excessive but better.

problems with my washer

i bought my washer Feb or march of 2016 and i have already had a tech come out twice i would love nothing more then to return the washer but i am told i can not return to sears because it have been more then 30 days and now i feel stuck
