Caused over $15,000 worth of damage in my home

I am beyond frustrated. Wednesday afternoon I came home to a collapsed garage ceiling, and water damage to my carpets, crown molding and base boards and I laundry room filled with water. The door to my washing machine had come open during a cycle. The machine would not power off until I unplugged it due to panicking.
I've had to call a water restoration company out to dry the floors, walls, and carpets. My children's christmas has been ruined!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Was very happy with it at first. After 4 to 6 weeks, it was shaking and making a very loud noise. It even shook things off the top of it. Called where we bought it and they came out and tightened something or loosened something. It was quieter for about a week and then got very loud again. The end of cycle tone is very low. I can't hear it if in the next room and TV on. The light doesn't stay on to remind me that I have laundry in machine.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
