NOISE and VIBRATION

I have used this washer on a main floor and 2nd floor and the noise is so loud and the vibrations can be felt throughout the house. I had a service tech visit and was told my "new" house was unstable and the washer is best used on a cement floor. I would not recommend purchasing to be used on main or 2nd floor and based on the service I received I will not be purchasing additional GE appliances in the future.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I wanted to love this washer!
We bought the washer and dryer set a little over a month ago. I love the look and size of the washer, but I'm not sure about the quality.
I ignored many negative reviews about the washer and purchased anyways. However the washer was defective upon arrival........ So far the replacement has been working, but time will tell.
P.s. the matching dryer stopped working a month later. The broken part is apparently on backorder.
Sorry GE, but so far I am highly disappointed in the quality of these expensive products.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We bought this washer almost 2 months ago. I use the quick wash because our clothes aren't dirty, just normal days wear. I can wash clothes in 30-42 min. that's great!
I would recommend this to a friend!
