This washer takes longer than what is displayed as the length of the cycle. It has taken up to 1 1/2 hr to do a load. It's not energy savings at all.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love the delay option!

The only thing I would change is the option to switch the way the door swings open. I love that I can put clothes in before bed and set the "delay" to start my clothes. They are finished when I wake up in the morning and I can throw them in my GE 7.5 cu ft. steam dryer and they are finished right before I leave for work. The extended tumble is also great for if I need to wash a load while I'm at work. This allows me to not have to worry about them being all wrinkled or stagnant.

Machine was so noisy in the spin cycle it sounded like construction Jack Hammers. The sound was deafening. The machine was in it's first 48 hours so we are in the process of having it replaced with another model.

I love It....When using this feature you need to really use the steam feature really cleans clothes well ...Great On Stains!!!!!

Terrible experience

This washer stopped working one week after purchase. Halfway into the cycle the machine stopped and no matter what we tried we could not get the door to open, neither could the installer so they removed the appliance from our home with the clothes locked inside, never to be seen again! I purchased a different washer.

Love the features but not the vibrations!

This washing machine has a lot of features yet is very easy to use. I know a downside of front loaders is they vibrate a lot during the spin cycle. This new one seems to vibrate much more than my older model. If that didn't happen, I would rate this as an excellent product.
