Tried to see if a hose or a foot pad was uneven. Nothing outside influencing, just an alarmingly loud washer

Extremely noisy

I bought this machine in 8/2017 and am happy with the features and cleaning but the noise it makes is unbelievable. I have a laundry room inside my house and I cannot wash if anyone is asleep. We have checked the balance multiple times and the troubleshooting guide with no luck. This is a great machine if you can handle the noise. I have a video of the noise but can’t upload it, wish I could.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We just installed our new GE washer and it so quite. The steam feature is very nice to have, especially if you have pets.
