Lot's of features.

Was a learning curve, going from a top loader to a front loader. Am still learning how to properly load and choose cycles, etc. Was used to throwing it all in the top loader and hoping for the best! I'm finding the clothes to be much dryer going into the dryer; good electricity savings!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Awesome new technology.

It has been 16 years since we bought a washer. We were amazedat the new technology now. We recently bought a new car and were comparing the washer tech to the new car tech. This washer is very easy to use.

Ridiculously loud and vibration spin cycle

We have had this machine just over a year and from the first month it had an extremely noisy, squealing sound during the spin cycle, as well as it vibrating so greatly our kitchen cabinets downstairs below it, as well as the walls of our home rattle. We have leveled it and purchased special anti vibration pads for all four legs with little improvement.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
