Won’t publish truth about issues. Don’t waste your money on something heavy that additional parts don’t work on it, even when it’s from them!

Highly recommend this, do it make your life so much better

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My partner has wanted a kitchen aid for so many years and I have always been resistant as I had an old Bosch… after spending months researching mixers, we bit the billet and bought this one, everything is a breeze! It’s quiet! It makes great cookies, we are looking for other attachments to expand our experience. This is a phenomenal mixer for your basic baking, kitchen needs. If your wondering is your should buy it, I highly recommend you do!!

Bought the same one again after 25 years! Great mi

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought htis as a replacement for an identical Artisan mixer. It was 25 years old and started to fail. Getting it repaired would have been an expense and a large pain in the butt, so I bought a new one. Same colour, even. I liked it so much, used it a fair amount, have a couple of attachments — could not think of being without it. Works perfectly, as usual, as expected, as it should. The old one had a little spring on the shaft to which one attaches the beater or whisk; the new one does not. Is that a faulty machine? Seems to me the spring was necessary.

Why so cheap?

Have had 2 different units die on me in a very short period. Poor, low-powered motor.
