Great for breads

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got it for my birthday! The Empire Red color is such a classic and I love it. I have been on a baking spree since and it makes baking so much simpler and enjoyable by doing a lot of the heavily lifting. I have made some high hydration doughs for breads and it did just fine, just make sure to not exceed 2 speed.
