Not worth it! Disappointing to the Ninja brand.

The Ninja Juicer performs poorly, which is disappointing as a user of other Ninja products. Unlike what it promotes as a cold press juicer, the Ninja Cold Press Juicer Pro performs poorly. As a masticating juicer it is supposed to produce more juice, be able to handle leafy greens, and is quieter to operate. It does not do any of those well. The Ninja Juicer is noisy, and when using vegetables recommended by Ninja (like carrots) the juicer produces an extremely loud, moaning sound as it struggles to process the vegetable. It does not handle leafy greens at all or produce green drinks as it promotes and suggests on the website. Last, it does not produce as much juice. The amount of fruit it takes to produce a simple eight ounce glass of juice is not worth the effort. The pulp is still wet after it has been processed which means that a lot more juice should be squeezed. It also backs up frequently, regardless of the pulp dispenser filter options.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I was in the market for a cold press juicer. I was persuaded by Ninja's price point and online reviews. The juicer is nearly identical to the much superior Omega Juicers. Ninja's cold press yields very wet pulp. I'm able to squeeze an additional 2 oz of juice out of the pulp using the "some pulp" filter. That's a sign of a bad juicer. The pulp should be dry. It is not a quiet juicer and after 2 weeks of use, it began making a terribly loud noise as if a barring was going bad. After owning this juicer for just 2 weeks, I did what I should have done and purchased the Omega juicer.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

So much fun to use!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm obsessed with my new Ninja Cold Press Juicer Pro! It's crazy easy to use, disassemble and clean. My first experiment was with strawberry ginger lemonade and it turned out fantastic! It juiced a cup of strawberries, a knob of ginger and two lemons in just a few minutes. It's been excellent for kale, spinach and wheatgrass shots for an extra nutritional boost in the mornings too.
The three pulp filters are great to customize juice to your own taste. The leftover fruit pulp can also be used to add to pancake mixes or baked goodies, and veggie pulp can be added to thicken soups. This juicer is an awesome way to add more fruit and veg to your diet and minimize waste. I would highly recommend!

Good juicer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This juicer is great. I used it to make pineapple juice and I used the strainer for very pulpy and it worked great. The juice came out at the bottom and theres a cup that came with it for the juice to fall into. You have to push the pineapples through with the stick but it only took about 7 mins with 3 pineapples. Its kid friendly my niece who is 7 loved it because she was making her own juice and thought it tasted amazing. Overall I am very pleased with the juicer and how good it works. It has 3 different strainers. One for no pulp, some pulp, and a lot of pulp. That is a great attachment. It was very easy to clean and even came with a brush to clean it.

The very first thing we juiced was apples, it worked perfectly and the fresh apple juice was amazing. My kids love making fresh juice, they think it's so exciting! We've made several of the recipes that were included in the book and they were all really good. Cleanup is super easy, all pieces are dishwasher safe. And my chickens absolutely love eating the pulp from the apples and melons so nothing goes to waste!

Excellent juicer

I don’t have anything to compare it to because I’ve never owned a juicer before, but this is one appliance I get a lot of use out of. It’s easy to clean and put together, you can pick your pulp level, and it’s compact enough that you can leave it on the counter or put it up in a cabinet. I juiced lots of things including citrus, apples, berries, and an assortment of veggies. I didn’t follow any particular recipes, although a recipe guide is included in the packaging. I will say it’s trial and error when it comes to juicing some veggies. For instance, I pressure cooked some beets and carrots to juice, but when I tried juicing them I got only a few drops of juice and the rest ended up being pulp. It does great with juicy fruit like oranges, and my cara cara orange juice was everything I could ask for in a homemade juice. To get a drinkable amount of juice, you do need to use a lot of produce, which I initially found wasteful. But to offset the wastefulness, I simply use the extracted pulp for other things such as muffins or in smoothies. The guide in the packaging gives helpful ideas on how to reuse the pulp. There’s only two buttons so there was no fiddling around with settings. One minor complaint I had was that the different pulp attachments are not marked, so it’s hard to remember which one is which. Overall, I would highly recommend this juicer for anyone new to juicing and wanting something simple, compact and effective.

It’s simple easy is as well as quick and easy to clean. This juicer works great! I have experienced with the different strainer to see the consistency of the juice. I would definitely recommend this product to friends abs family.
