Super Bottle

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was given this bottle to try as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel. My baby is 11 months old and he loves this bottle. Previously I have been using MAM bottles. The opening is wide so it makes it super easy to clean and there are much fewer pieces than MAM so it's a lot quicker to clean too! I love that these nipples are no drip, because it teaches the baby to suck properly and prevents spills if you set the bottle down. Philips offers 5 different flow options with the nipples and this bottle came with level 3. The flow seems fine for my baby, though he would probably do better with a flow option of 4 or 5 in this brand. Another thing I love is how soft the silicone is on this bottle compared to MAM and other brands I have tried. The shape and feel is much more like natural skin and breast than any other brand I have tried.

Love this bottle

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Huge thanks to the Stellar Product Testing Panel for providing me with this bottle. I have been exclusively breastfeeding my daughter, but will soon be going back to work so I needed to find a bottle she would take. I have tried several, but nothing was working. This one seems to be the winner! The nipple is soft and the shape is easy for my daughter to latch and stay latched. It seems like my daughter is really able to control the flow and speed of the milk, which I assume is similar to her breastfeeding experience. I also love the no-drip nipple. It allows my daughter to take a pause and breath without dripping milk everywhere. It also ensures that she is swallowing less air overall. The nipple and bottle is easy to clean, as they are fairly standard size and shape. The bottle is also super comfortable to hold and feed my babe. Great bottle - will probably be my go-to from now on!

Phillips 9oz Baby Bottle

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We received these bottles as part of the Stellar Review Testing Panel and loved them. Our daughter has used Phillips Avent Natural Bottles since she was a newborn and we had recently moved up to the 9oz bottles. These bottles have a great shape that makes holding them very comfortable. Also, there are only 3 pieces to wash so it’s not a puzzle like other bottles when cleaning them. We use a bottle washer and it takes no time for us to get them cleaned and ready for the next use. We make 8oz bottles with this using powder formula and you can’t fit 4 scoops of formula in all at once, so you have to mix 2 or 3 scoops together before putting the last scoop in. It’s not a big deal to do that but it would be nice to get all 4 scoops of formula in before mixing it together.

Phillips Avent Bottles

We always use the Avent before bed and I always refer to it as the “bedtime” bottle. It never leaks and it goes leave my LO gassy after. They are easy for her little hands to hold on her own and are easy to clean. Thanks Stellar Products for always sending the best products to test!

Natural Baby Bottle

Not a bunch of parts like other natural/non colic bottles. And the baby can get a good grip on them and hold the bottles easily on her own. It was easy for her to use the nipple, she took right to it. She has no problem grabbing the bottle and feeding on her own.

Great Bottles

They had a wide nipple and the milk flow was great for my daughter. She could easily hold the bottles herself and I love that they could easily fit in my bottle warmer.

Standard Bottle with No Drip Nipple

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m a mother of two boys with my youngest (5 months old) struggling to take a bottle. We’d tried five other bottles without success before testing the Philips Avent 9oz Natural Baby Bottle with Natural Response Nipple Set. He took the bottle for the first two feeds, though has denied taking the bottle in the following four feeds we attempted. It’s not the right fit for this child specifically, though we plan to try it out with future children.
I liked the no-drip nipple because milk didn’t dribble out of it when tipping, and it appeared to simulate the breast flow since he had to work to get the milk. The wide nipple and bottle were easy to assemble and clean with a standard bottle brush and sanitization bag. My baby was able to hold the bottle comfortably during the feed, though we did assist to add a slight tip.

New favorite bottle

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel, I used this bottle to feed my 2 month old son. He is primarily breast fed, but as I will be returning to work soon we are practicing with bottles. I received a bottle kit as a gift and have tried several brands but the Philips Avent Natural Baby Bottle is easily our favorite. We are currently only feeding 2-3 ounces at a time, but this bottle is large enough to use for a much older baby as well. It is easy to hold and clean, as well, thanks to the large opening. The only problem that I have had in using this bottle is being able to tell how much milk is left while he is feeding. Since he is still taking smaller amounts, nearly all of the feed is hidden behind the white rim of the cap, making it hard to tell at night how close he is to being finished.
The anti-colic feature is reassuring to me as my son has had a lot of trouble with gassiness. Another feature that I appreciate is the nipple shape. It is the most breast-feeding friendly as it allows him to suck with a similar mouth position to the breast. We have struggled with latching, so I look specifically for bottles that will help him to maintain this skill. The ability to help him pace feeds by easily switching the flow of the nipple is also a huge benefit. We have swapped this into our diaper bag as our go-to bottle.
