[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the Philips Avent Natural Baby Bottle With Natural Response Nipple through the Stellar Product Testing Panel. This bottle has a great shape that my 11 month old finds easy to hold. It breaks down to just three pieces, which makes it simple to clean. My son is able to easily control the flow of milk with the natural response nipple, and my favorite feature: it does not leak like some of the other bottles/nipples we have used in the past! Overall great bottle!

Great bottles

The wide shape and responsive tip worked great for us. My baby was able to control the flow during feeding and did great. I think this shape and flow works good for us and a different shape and flow isn’t needed. The bottles were easy to clean and assemble and we loved the shape.

Great bottle for a breastfed baby

I’m currently breastfeeding my second child (9 months). I have been using the older-style Avent bottles that I still have left from when my older son was a baby. My son only takes bottles while I’m working (about 15 bottles/week) and he’s been able to effortlessly go between being directly breastfed and taking these bottles since we started him on them at approximately 3.5 months. Since he only uses them while I’m working, they are constantly being packed to go between home and daycare and we’ve never had an issue with leaking. My son was also able to seamlessly transition from the older-style nipple (I had them left from my older one) to the new style with no issues. My only complaint is the nipple flow rate number doesn’t equate to the old style so you need to convert correctly (which I didn’t at first and gave him way too slow a flow rate) - for example an old “natural nipple” 2 is a new “natural response nipple” 4 (https://www.usa.philips.com/c-f/XC000020708/how-to-best-switch-from-the-previous-natural-nipple-to-the-new-natural-response-nipple). Once I got that right, he had no issues with the new nipple style.
For the bottle itself, the measurement markers are clear and the wide neck makes them easy to fill and clean. I like that the bottoms/nipples/rings are interchangeable with the older ones since I have a mix. While I switched pumps this time around to a wearable one, with my older son I also loved that they attached directly to the flanges of my pump leaving me one less thing to clean. Aesthetically, I like the new gray printing better than the older blue style, but the aesthetics of a baby bottle really don't matter much to me.

A must have for combo feeding

I received the Phillips Advent Natural bottles to use for my daughter and she loved them! She took to them immediately. What I love about them is that they mimic the breast and since she is breastfeed it makes bottle feeding easy. It's nice that she can control the pace of the milk. They are also extremely easy to clean since there aren't any extra parts. I'm excited for her to continue using these!

Great bottle

I love the design of the bottle, it’s super easy to clean and hold, even my son is starting to hold it. The flow 3 nipple works best for us right now at 4 months, he’s able to control the flow without getting choked up.

Good but too large

Super easy to clean and assemble

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using this bottle with my 3 month old on the rare occasions that he bottle feeds - he adjusted to the bottle seamlessly with no noticeable difference (i.e. more gas) than breastfeeding.
Love the design and the simple, large parts. So easy to put in the dishwasher and less chance of them getting lost/stuck compared to some of the other bottles I have tried.
So far I have tried one other nipple flow but this one is perfect for now, although I am sure we will advance to the next flow in the coming weeks. Appreciate the option to change flow as my baby grows.
I will definitely be using these bottles in the coming weeks/months as we transition to bottle feeding and daycare. The substantial size/shape will hopefully be easy to label and less likely to misplace at daycare.

Avent baby bottle

I Love it! I have 2 kids. My youngest is 6 months. I wish I had tried this bottle sooner. It is comfortable to hold and doesn't hurt my wrist when feeding in bed at night, like a different skinnier brand I have been using. I also love the ease of cleaning it. No straws to disassemble and clean or put together! I was worried my baby would get too much air and get gassy or spit up but nope. She loves it too. The nipple only releases milk when she's actively sucking so it doesn't choke her or leak if it tips over. She is also able to hold it by herself. I plan to purchase more of these.
