[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Philips Avent Natural 9 oz bottle was a lot bigger than I had anticipated and I would defiantly go with something smaller in the future. My 12 month old is breastfed but now that he is eating at the table with us I’m pumping more for him to use a bottle at the table with us at mealtimes. He only drinks 3-5 oz at a time and although the shape of the bottle is ideal for little hands to easily pick up and hold their own bottle the size was just too much. Cleaning the top lip of the bottle was also a challenge even though I was using a brunch for cleaning bottles it was hard to get the deeper part of that curve thoroughly cleaned because of the angle. I did run it through my microwave sanitizer and saw no fogging or discoloration in the bottle at all! I still had to give at least 3 stars for this product because of the Natural Response Nipple flow #2. The perfect flow for a baby who doesn’t like to gulp their milk down as fast as possible and the no-drip tip was a game changer as it didn’t drip when the bottle was sideways on the floor or in the car seat and didn’t drip or spray all over when my curious baby started playing with the nipple either. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Phillips Avent natural baby bottle is a household favorite. The wide nipple is a clear winner with my breastfed baby. We can easy switch from nursing to bottle and back again with this bottle. The 9oz bottle is the perfect size for babies growing needs. I have used this product for both of my breastfed babies with no problems. All of the different nipples allow for me to easily change out the size as my babies needs change. This bottle has three pieces which makes it so easy to take part to clean and for middle of the night assembling. The ease of use and wide comfort nipple makes this my preferred bottle for my babies.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this bottle set from the Stellar Product Testing Panel and was pleasantly surprised with the quality and the fact they don’t leak! I even tried to get them to leak, the bottle is solid in its claim, it will not spill milk. Great design, easy to clean as bottles go, and overall just really happy with this set. We used Flow level 4 with our 10 mo and it seemed to be appropriate.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I loved this bottle. I always heard babies can be picky when it comes to bottles and for both of my babies this was the first bottle we tried and the one we stuck with. It is easy to hold, easy for the baby to hold, the shape of the nipple resembles a breast, and we did not have trouble with nipple confusion, as both my kids were breastfed. It is easy to assemble and easy to clean. The nipples it came with have a perfect flow for my 7 month old baby.
I recommend this product and

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Philips Avent bottle has been the best bottle for my little one. She is primarily breastfed but this bottle works great when she needs to be fed with a bottle. The nipple flow rate is perfect for her. She is able to control her own pace and it doesn’t leak all over her. One of the things I appreciate the most is how easy this bottle is to clean and take apart. There are just a few pieces to make sure to clean and it’s all dishwasher safe. The shape of the bottle is also nice because it’s easy to hold and fits in pockets on diaper bags well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My son is 5 months old. He’s been bottle fed his entire life…doesn’t even know what a woman’s breast is for (other than a cozy pillow, haha). So while some moms find it important for their kiddo to either transition from Gods given nipple, to that of a manufactured nipple; or learn to feed from both, it’s not important to me. What IS important to me is that the baby is able to feed with ease and at respectable rate (because momma can’t sit there for 2 hours to feed 5-6x a day). This nipple (flow 4) is s-l-o-w. Like time stands still slow. It’s a no for me. The bottle itself is fine: good design, easy to hold, easy to clean, baby can hold, etc. Poke a few more holes in that nipple and we can maybe be friends, but until then we will respectfully pass. I was given this baby bottle set to try as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel.

My now seven month old daughter has been bottle fed since birth and, after trying a number of bottles in the first two months of her live, we have been using the Philips Avent Natural Baby Bottles with Natural Response Nipple for the past five months. The wide shape of the nipple and responsive tip work well for her and she can use both a size 4 flow and size 5 flow nipple without trouble due to the fact that she controls the flow. A note about the nipple sizes - some have mentioned that these nipples seem much slower flow than others, including the "old design," but once you understand that your baby will just be using a higher number the flow is perfectly fine. For reference, my baby started on a size 0 in other bottle brands as a newborn but a size 2 with this bottle and moved to a size 3 soon thereafter. Don't get caught up on the numbers, just go with whatever works best for your baby!
I am a big fan of the classic, simple design of this bottle, both aesthetically and functionally. The fact that there are only three components (the bottle itself, the ring, and the nipple) make these bottles extremely easy to disassemble, clean, and reassemble. We have also never had a problem with leaks. The tapered shape of the bottle is easy and comfortable to hold with one hand and fits perfectly in the designated standard-sized bottle pockets of all of the diaper bags I have tried it with. These will continue to be our go-to bottles until our daughter moves on to straw and open cups.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As part of Stellar Product Testing, I was able to test out the Avent Natural Baby Bottle and Natural Response nipple. Overall, the bottle and nipple both made for an easy transition from breast to bottle to back to breast. My baby had no difficulties switching between the two. The nipple flow seemed to be a bit faster than I expected, however.
