Best Bottle Ever

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was given this baby bottle set to try as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel. These bottles are the only kind that my 8 month old will take that does not upset his stomach and allows for a smooth transition between bottle and breast feeding without nipple confusion. The design of the bottle is easy to hold, and my baby also has no problems holding it himself when feeding despite the fact that the bottles hold 9 ounces. The flow is just right, and my son does not become frustrated or choke at the milk flow. I love the fact that the feeding is baby-led and the wide-shaped nipple does not give milk unless my baby is actively drinking. I can even leave the bottle upside down, and no milk leaks out which is convenient when my baby decides to let go in the middle of feeding. I have used the nipple size that comes with the bottle since 3 months, and I love how there are both faster and slower nipple sizes that are widely available to change to to meet the needs of my baby. This bottle set is very easy to clean with only 4 bigger parts and I cannot recommend it enough.

Simple yet effective

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I breastfeed and pump and pour into a bottle for my baby to drink at daycare and when we are running errands. I like to use bottles with a wider nipple because she really prefers the breast. This bottle nipple was great as she refuses almost all of the narrow nippled bottles. My baby can spit up a lot sometimes from bottles because of the air. This bottle did great with minimizing the spit up after feeding. I really like the simplicity with the bottle parts. Just nipple and ring then bottle with cap. There’s not all these other pieces and straws to try and clean every night. My baby is almost 7 months and trying to start holding her own bottle. The way the bottle dips on on the sides makes it easier for her to hold. Very happy I tried this bottle out as I received it from the stellar product testing panel.

Easy cleaning but lots of spitup

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I would like to first thing Stellar Reviews for sending me these bottles. As an exclusive breastfeeding mama transitioning to full time pumping, I was so happy to receive the bottles and try them out on our little girl (2 months).
Overall, it is not my favorite bottle out on the market for two reasons: spit up and the shape of the bottle. Our little girl did not have an issue drinking from the bottle at all but I don't know if it was exactly like the breast as advertised. When she feeds on me, there is not a ton of spit-up. With this bottle, even pace-feeding her and with a flow 1 nipple, she spat up quite a bit. And for some reason, my husband and I had to really tilt the bottle to get all the milk down to the nipple for our daughter and even then she would really struggle to get that final once of breastmilk.
What I did like about the bottle is that there are hardly any parts to clean other than the bottle itself and the lid. Some bottles have parts that are very small and if not washed and dried properly they can grow mold in them. It was super convenient to wash and dry and worry free for me.

Fave bottom for premie baby

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my favorite baby bottle that we have tried. The shape is wide and easy to clean with bottle brush and also easy to scoop formula into without dropping it. My baby was also born premature and many of the premie nipples we tried still were too fast for my daughter. These nipples were perfect for her because they were wide and resemble the breast. They allow baby to start and stop drinking without milk continuously flowing into babies mouth. Which is a huge plus. Another thing to consider when purchasing a bottle is if it leaks and these definitely do not which I love because I can throw them into my diaper bag and not have to worry about milk leaking out. I received this product as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel.

I love that it can hold up to 9 ounces since my now 4 month old is a hungry boy! I can prep it and put it in the diaper bag without worrying that it will drip due to the natural response nipple design. The number 3 nipple flow is perfect for my baby's pace. We tried the number 4 flow and realized that it is too quick for his drinking style. The clean up process is also simple since disssembling it is a breeze.

Great bottle for reflux babies and minimal parts

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a 5 month old baby and when she was diagnosed with reflux at 4 months I was on the hunt for a new bottle to help. I opted in to try the Avent Natural response bottle through Stellar Product Testing and we’ve had great results using it. The shape of the bottle is easy for parents or baby to grab. The measurements on the side are easy to read, unlike some other brands that don’t us a contrast color for the measurement. Cleaning is especially easy with this bottle as there are only 3 parts and they’re all very easy to get apart and back together. Our baby spit up less frequently using this bottle vs some others we tried. Can’t recommend it enough!

Perfect bottle for breastfeeding babies

My 6 month old daughter has been exclusively breastfeeding until now. I want to be able to leave her sometimes & know that she will take the bottle. Introducing her to bottles has been so easy with The Phillips Avent Natural Baby Bottle with Natural Response Nipple. I was very surprised at how well she took to it. I believe that is because she was able to keep her normal rhythm & not be overloaded with milk. Unless she is actively drinking the milk will not come out. Which not only saves milk but also allows her to control her feeding like she is used to. My least favorite part of bottle feeding is the cleaning but these nipples/bottles truly are very easy to clean & put together.

Phillips Avent natural baby bottle

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this bottle with Stellar Product testing panel. My baby tested the bottle and nipple and did not care for them. He was not able to get a good latch with these nipple. The nipple itself seemed to be too long and the base wasn’t big enough from what I seen with his latch. The flow of the nipple was too slow for my baby, I think he would have done better with a size 4 as he is 6 months old.
The nipple also dripped and it was stated that it was a “no drip tip”.
All in all I wouldn’t recommend these bottles.

Keep in mind that it can take a few attempts for your baby to adjust from a traditional nipple to the Natural Response Nipple and realize they can use the same pattern they use with breastfeeding when bottle feeding too. Slow and steady drinkers are likely to prefer a higher nipple flow (such as nipple 4 or 5), to ensure enough milk flows, regardless of age.
