[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was gifted this bottle from the Stellar Product Testing Panel and my breastfed baby loves it!! She’s usually not too keen on taking a bottle but after a few attempts she takes this bottle like a pro now! I love that the bottle doesn’t leak with the no drip tip and the plastic bottle is super easy to clean! I love that it is plastic instead of glass so I don’t have to worry about baby banging her head on it when she tries to feed herself.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We received the Philips Avent Natural Baby Bottle With Natural Response Nipple, Clear, 9oz, from the Stellar Product Testing Panel; and it is with joy I announce how easy it was for our bottle refusing baby to finally make the switch! Though she still prefers breast, she will at least give this style of bottle a try. I also have to note, the decrease in terrible tummy aches and discomfort caused by gas with other bottles. Which I believe, is a direct result of having the ability for milk flow control with the different graded nipples. The bottle is easy to handle, even for her little hands, and an absolute dream to clean (thanks to simple pieces and no hard to reach places).
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received a sample of this Phillips Avent bottle to try. This bottle is very lightweight so when filled with milk it doesn’t get too heavy to comfortably hold. It has a soft, wide silicone nipple that helps to replicate a human nipple for breastfed babies while still forcing them to use their own suction like they would while breastfeeding. The nipple also has an air vent to help prevent colic without the extra plastic pieces inside the bottle that require extra cleaning, so it cuts down on time taking apart, cleaning, and reassembling all the pieces for use while still reducing gas which is a big deal for me as my first was very colicky.
The bottle fit well into my bottle warmer, but I believe it would also fit into a large size mug for warming up the milk. The cap/lid is very easy to pop off with one hand which is a bonus because as a parent we don’t always have use of both hands at the same time.
With my sample bottle I received the nipple for 1+ months; my 3.5 month old didn’t seem to mind it but likely could have used the 3+ month nipple as she is very efficient at breastfeeding. Since she was exclusively (and still is primarily) breastfed, it did take a few tries before she would take the bottle but she eventually did take it.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My baby is exclusively breastfed but this bottle works really well for times when someone else needs to feed him. He took to this bottle on the first try and seemed to be able to control the flow of milk quite well. I also didn’t notice any gas or more burping after taking this bottle.
I received this product as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As current users of Philips bottles, we were excited to try the Philips Avent Natural bottle with Natural Response Nipple that we received as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel. At first look, the bottles were of adequate size and easy to assemble. The bottle is also lightweight and shaped in a way that makes it easy for my 5 month-old to hold and feed independently. Another feature that I was highly impressed with was the nipple- it really is leak-free!
As a breastfeeding mom, I was relieved to see my baby accept this bottle immediately upon offering. Being able to switch between breast and bottle allows me to share feeding duties with Dad and get some much needed rest. We tested the #3 flow nipple, which seemed appropriate for us. Baby has dealt with some severe colic since he was born and we have tried other bottles that allow him to drink the milk much too quickly, adding to his gas and reflux. The #3 nipple allowed him to drink his milk at a comfortable pace, and no milk left the bottle when he took breaks from sucking. The nipple also has an anti-colic valve that redirects air away from his belly, a feature we are very grateful for.
I highly recommend this bottle to any parent who is wanting to be able to alternate between breast- and bottle-feeding and anyone whose baby suffers from colic, gas, or reflux.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have loved using this new bottle for my newborn baby as I feel this does not let too much of air flow into the milk and reduces colic. I wonder if I can continue to use this bottle for coming months without wearing it out. My baby shifted to this nipple easily and has adapted well to the natural flow. Good product.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I truly enjoyed using the Phillips Bottle with the Natural Response Nipple for my three children! I love how this bottle makes it easy for my little ones to switch between bottle and breast. The nipple is shaped similarly to my nipple, making the transition very simple and comfortable! My baby and toddlers are able to control the flow very easily! In addition the bottle is easy to take apart to clean! I am so thankful to have the opportunity to try this product as party of the Stellar Product Testing Panel. I would highly recommend this bottle to everyone with littles!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this bottle set from the Stellar Product Testing Panel. I am a first time mom with a 6 month old baby who both breastfeeds and bottle feeds with formula (mostly as a top up, and he transitions from breast to bottle easily). I really like this bottle because it is light weight, a good size (easy for little hands to hold), and most importantly, the nipple that doesn’t allow milk to spill out as my baby eats! I noticed with his other bottles, he would pull them from his mouth to breathe while eating and would spill and drop the bottle. He still get distracted and pulls off the bottle, but doesn’t seem as bothered while eating and doesn’t spill from this bottle. I’m also a fan of plastic vs glass bottles (for me, they are better for little ones to hold without worrying). I would definitely recommend this bottle! I received the bottle with a size flow 3, but my baby (6mo+ and fast eater) probably could have used a flow 4-5 (as recommended). Easy to clean and assemble.
