Easy Baby Feed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Philips Avent Natural Baby Bottle With Natural Response Nipple was easy to use, and the design of the bottle was simple to hold while feeding my baby. One thing that I noticed from this bottle compared to others was that it was easier to heat when warming a bottle to feed my child. When I, as the father, have heated other bottles in the past, that have a thicker or silicone shell, they are harder to heat and temperature regulate. Whereas, this bottle was more easily able to be warmed, and I could get it to my child quickly. In all honesty, we didn’t notice much difference between feeding styles with this bottle versus others. Our son appeared to take breastmilk from this bottle similar to other brands and nipple styles. Our son was able to drink from this bottle easily and didn’t appear to be affected by nipple shape and design. However, we have noticed that nipple flow rates have dramatically altered how he is able to take breastmilk recently. With increased flow rate, feeding times have decreased, and he has had less gas as he is taking in less air while feeding. Cleaning these bottles were easy; however, I did need to use a bottle cleaning brush as my hands are too large to reach down inside the bottle. Other brands, I have been able to use a separate sponge and quickly clean them, but this bottle simply takes an extra step. However, if the bottle was wider, it would be much more difficult to hold while feeding my child. Therefore, it is a simple trade off:) All in all, we liked the Philips Avent Natural Baby Bottle With Natural Response Nipple as they were easy to fill, pack, and send to daycare, and the solid plastic shell allowed for the bottle, not to bend, slip, and fall from my hand. Good Bottle for Baby

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My 11 month old, primarily breastfed baby, is often pretty finicky with bottle types; however, he took to this one well after a bit of adjustment. We usually use an “anti-colic” bottle, so I wasn’t sure if this one would work, but the nipple design means he’s able to control his flow better than other nipple styles and was able to drink comfortably from it. We typically use paced feeding with bottles, and I found that I don’t have to worry quite so much about pacing the feed with this style. I do think he got frustrated with the 0+ flow (as we tried the 3mo+ nipple set, sold separately, and he had much greater success). I appreciate how easy the bottle is to hold, and that it’s wide, so now if my baby (who’s older!) wants to feed himself, he can. The bottle is also super easy to clean and assemble!

Good Bottle and Nice Nipples

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was given this baby bottle to try as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel, but that hasn’t had any affect on my review.
This bottle works exactly like you think and want a bottle to.
The bottle is very easy to hold on to thanks to the ergonomic shape and the nipple design is perfect for pacing your little one while eating. I found when using the bottle my little one actually latched and seemed to eat better thanks to the wider no drip nipple. It was also very easy to clean since the nipples are wider and it has less pieces then or other bottles.
Will definitely be using these bottles as my little one grows and highly recommend them.

Great overall bottle

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We tried this bottle out with our youngest. He is 3 months old and was premature. He had some struggles with breastfeeding in the beginning and we are currently feeding about 50/50 breast and bottle. We had previously used the same bottles from the hospital but are finding this bottle to be a better fit for us overall.
The bottle has a great shape making it easy and comfortable to hold and the measurement markings are very clear. Washing is a breeze with just 3 parts (four if you're using the cap for travel) every second counts when you've got 3 kids running around! The wider mouth and base are great if you're trying to pour one handed while juggling a baby and/or toddler.
The wide base shape of the nipple is perfect for going between breast and bottle. We've had no latch issues. The bottle came with a flow 3 nipple, rated for 0+ months. We also received a pack of flow 2 nipples, rated for 1+ months. Our son seemed to struggle a bit with the flow 2 and took longer than usual to finish. He seemed to be well in control with the flow 3 nipple, he wasn't frustrated or overwhelmed. Neither of the nipples drip if the bottle tips.

Great bottles for EBF babies

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These bottles were tested on my breastfed baby while I returned to work. The nipple's wide shape was unique and my baby had no issues with it. My baby is able to control the pace of milk flow isomg these bottles more than others we’ve experimented with. The design, though basic, is very well thought out! The bottles were extremely easy to assemble and clean and the ergonomic shape was comfortable to hold!

Found THE ONE

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Thanks to the Stellar Product Testing Panel I received this bottle nipple set. The pack included 3 9oz bottles with size 3 natural response nipples recommended for 1 month and older. I also received a pack of 2 size 4 natural response nipples that are recommended for 3 months and older. The first thing I did was wash and sterilize them. They were very easy to take apart and clean. I pumped and poured my breastmilk in the bottle. The measurements that come in ounces and milliliters are very accurate. My 6 month old, who is exclusively breastfed and has only had a bottle a handful of times, surprisingly took it quickly. I tried the size 3 nipple first, but he preferred the size 4 nipple. I noticed that the way the nipple is shaped it fits in his mouth the way my nipple would. I have tried a few other brands trying to find a bottle that he liked and I finally found it. Since he is controlling the pace it’s similar to the breast. As I was giving him the bottle he wanted to hold it himself and with the bottle design he was able to do it. I also loved the fact that he fell asleep and the bottle rolled next to him with some milk left over and it didn’t spill a single drop on the bed! I found the perfect bottle for my breastfed baby.

Great for my breastfeed baby

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My baby responded well to the Phillips Avent Bottle with Natural Response Nipple. She's 4 months old and breastfed. The Natural Response Nipple works similarly to nursing. The milk lets down when she's actively sucking and stops when she does to allow her to breathe and drink at her own pace. I liked the shape of the bottles because they are easy to hold, clean, and put together. Plus, they hold a 9 oz of milk and will grow with our baby as she takes more milk at each feeding. It was an enjoyable experience for both Mom and Baby. I would highly recommend these bottles based on the natural milk flow and ease of cleaning, especially to nursing mothers!
