[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received these bottles as part of the stellar product testing panel, and Unfortunately my baby would not take these bottles, so I can not leave a proper review. They seemed like nice bottles, and I tried and tried to get her to take them, but she refused!

The overall design of the bottle is great. Love the wide nipple shape that baby have no confusion with the breast. That also reduce intake of air in feeding. I think the flow of the nipple is great. My baby use it just fine. Love the fact there doesn’t have too many parts to clean as I don’t use dishwasher for baby bottles and parts. The shape is fine both for me and my baby. Definitely recommended avent bottles!

Good flow

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Good flow! These bottles do a good job of creating a slow flow for ease of digestion. Nipple was easy for baby to latch onto. I like the size- 9oz. And I only use BPA free plastic so these were a winner for me. Thanks to the Stellar Product Testing Panel for providing me with this baby bottle set!

great bottle for nursing baby

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Easy assemble and cleaning is so important and the Avent Natural baby bottle with natural nipple response was just that. My baby had no trouble switching from breast to bottle with the natural like nipple, she was able to nurse the bottle with control of the flow.

Great for breast fed babies!

As a new mom, I can honestly say that I still don’t know what I’m looking for in bottles aside from whether my baby will take them or not. So far, my baby has taken one specific brand until now! He loves the Avent Natural Flow bottles. They hold a good amount of liquid and he can easily hold the bottle. The shape and size of these bottles are perfect for his little hands which means, he isn’t constantly dropping his bottle. What I like most is the fact that he is a breast fed baby and with that in mind, his bottle creates the same shape that it would on the breast, therefore, it is comfortable for him. Granted, he could use a faster flow nipple. This bottle is definitely slow flow so I recommend swapping out out the nipples for the correct flow, that is, if your baby needs a faster flow. Interestingly, even with a slow flow nipple, he is still happy with this bottle. In addition, I did not experience any leakage and baby did not experience any grassiness.
I will most certainly be using these bottles, purchasing more, and giving them as gifts as well. Highly recommend! Thanks, Stellar!

Not all nipples work

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received one of these in a baby registry box and my kiddo loved them. I bought a three pack but unfortunately one of the nipples just did not work. My baby tried drinking for several minutes before I realized nothing was coming out. I switched nipples to another one in the pack and that one worked.
I like the product, but just be aware you’re gambling when you buy these.

Of course when buying a three pack you should be getting three working products. Have you made sure there's no damage to the one not working? Please do make sure the bottle isn't overtightened as well, as this may cause the issue you're describing.

New natural response nipple is terrible

I’ve used avent bottles for all of my children and when I purchased replacement nipples for my 6-month-old, was dismayed to see that philips changed the design without allowing a way to buy the old version. My baby really dislikes the new nipples and it is causing us a lot of problems. I no longer recommend these bottles and I’m frustrated that philips changed the design abruptly. disappointing.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Its natural, broad and soft design encourages your baby to latch on with a wide-open mouth and to suckle in a way that’s similar to breast feeding. This helps make the switch from breast to bottle more natural. The flow rate of milk they get from the nipple is linked to how enthusiastically or steadily they drink as they develop. Enthusiastic drinkers use a strong suction and compression while drinking, resulting in greater milk flow, so they usually need a lower nipple flow from the Natural Response range (such as nipple number 1 or 2) to avoid overflow. Slow and steady drinkers are likely to prefer a higher nipple flow (such as nipple 4 or 5), to ensure enough milk flows, regardless of age.
