The Best Bottles

He took right to it and paced his feeding. No surprise, though - he is my third kid and I have used the Avent Natural bottles for all of my babies because they are the best! Would always recommend this registry item must!

My favorite bottles for our EBF babies

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really love these bottles. I used them for my last child and they have been my go to for our third baby as well! She is reflux prone and she absolutely loves them. I actually think she likes them more than nursing, she gets so excited to see them. I used the smaller 5oz bottles when she was younger, starting around 4-5 months we switched to this size. I just got these as part of the stellar parent review panel, but I would have bought them anyway. These say 9 oz but measure to 8oz. I consider them 8oz that hold a bonus ounce. They are the same size as our glass ones also made by Philips avent.
The wide mouth works with my preferred Spectra pumps without needing any adapters. The lids fit securely and the nipples come in many stages and fit securely. My only complaint is there is space around the collar that collects steam or hot water that drips later, I just try to tip the bottle and spin to get that out but that’s the only reason they aren’t perfect.
These are plastic which I have to have for travel and daycare but I prefer glass… so it’s great that these also come in glass so I can use glass at home and plastic on the go and the accessories all work together. These come with a size 3 nipple which mimics nursing best. For EBF babies this is a great size. Around 6-7 months I went up to nipple size 4 for our EBF baby bc she was falling asleep with the bottle like she does at the breast and I was better able to put her down drowsy but awake with a faster flow. If you’re going to add oatmeal to the bottle or use something thicker, you’ll need a faster flow nipple (4+) which is sold separately. This is a great set. Unfortunately you’ll have to purchase the flat seals separately if you want to have the bottle be sealed. The outer clear lid that goes over the nipple has holes. I bought one set and they’ve lasted both kids. I’ve had 3 sets of these plus a couple glass ones for the last two kids- and wouldn’t have needed to purchase another set for kid #3 but got to try these as part of the panel. I liked that they used to come in blue with cute otters on them, these are clear which is fine but I loved the blue ones!

Great bottle

My baby was using another type of bottle but took to this one very easily on the first try. She was EBF the first 4 months and this bottle definitely seems to mimic the breast. The great thing about these bottles is the minimal amount of parts which makes it easy to clean. Also it doesn’t leak at all which is great, even when tipped over. No issues with gas since using this bottle. Would definitely recommend trying these bottles

Excellent Bottle

I'm a dad that works from home, so I am the one who feeds our daughter the majority of the time. I love the ergonomic design of this bottle. My daughter's little hands fit around it nicely. My daughter adapted very easy to this bottle. She even seems to enjoy her bottles more. The nipple is designed in such a way that milk doesn't come from the bottle unless baby is actually sucking on it, making messes less likely to happen. Since she isn't sucking air, she has had less tummy aches. I love that additional nipples can be purchased with different flow rates, so you can find the one perfect for your baby. The cap fits securely on the bottle, keeping the nipple clean when it's not in use. Definitely will recommend this bottle to all the moms and dads that I know.

Great to pack

He loved the wider nipple and the ability to control the flow. They fit great on the go in our backpack, even putting all three side by side for our hungry little guy! I loved that there are not many components to wash definitely a plus in this mamas book!

Great bottles

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My son really loves these bottles. He is usually pretty picky, but has had no issues at all with them. They are the perfect size for his appetite right now at 5 months and drinking 7 ounces, and the pace is basically perfect. He doesn't spit up or gag. These are some of the best bottles we use, if not the best, and I'm proud to say I've used them with all my babies! I received these bottles as part of the Stellar Testing Panel.

Philips Avent natural baby bottle set

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My daughter only loves Philips Avent bottles, nipples and pacifiers. When tried different bottles, she latched on these very quickly and easily. The bottles do not leak, they are easy to clean and the purple tint is so pretty.
Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the Philips Avent Natural Baby Bottle Set and would highly recommend them to other moms. Thank you Stellar Product Testing Panel for choosing me to try this product.

Challenging flow but nice bottle

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Thanks to the generosity of the Stellar product testing panel, I was gifted this bottle set at no cost to me. I really enjoy how minimal and clean these bottles are. They disassemble easily and wash very well on the top rack of the dishwasher. The nipples easily then pop right back into the D ring, which then connects to the bottle. My issue lies with how hard my baby needs to work to milk the nipple. I had problems even squeezing the nipple to test the milk temperature. Perhaps I need to upgrade to another nipple flow size, but right now it is difficult for my baby to eat from these bottles. Hoping that sizing up will resolve our issues. Overall, though, I think these bottles have a great potential.
