Great bottle for Breastfed baby

I have an almost 6 month old breastfed baby who likes to hold the bottle herself. She sometimes swats our hands away and unlatches if we are helping hold the bottle. She was able to hold this one very well.
Our preferred feeding position is side-lying which this bottle allowed for pretty nicely.
One thing I think that could be improved- there is a lip on the piece that screws and secures the nipple, and milk sometimes gets stuck there when it’s running low. It requires us either to put in extra milk, or disturb the feeding to resettle the milk inside.

Other than that I like this bottle a lot. We used a level 3 nipple which seemed the right flow for my baby.
Her sucking motion looked about the same as breastfeeding, and I didn’t hear any fast gulping or her getting air. She wasn’t any more gassy afterwards compared to breastfeeding.
It’s very very easy to clean, it’s the right height and width for the fridge, travel, and baby holding it.

Loved it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My son loves this bottle. The responsive tip is perfect, I had a hard time with all of the different flows on other bottles. The bottles were easy to assemble and clean, easier than other bottles I've tried. I was sent this bottle from the Stellar Product Testing Panel and I was skeptical because my son is very particular about his bottles and this is one of the few he will accept.

Great bottle for breastfeeding baby

I have been using the 4oz Phillips Advent Natural Baby Bottles so I was excited to give these bottles a try.
These breast-shaped Phillips Advent Natural Baby Bottles make transition from breast to bottle easy and baby has no problems going back to breast after as well. I’ve been using Flow 1 since baby is 7 weeks but have tried Flow 2 and had no issues other than drinking the bottle faster.
My baby latched well and I could see him swallowing and breathing normally thanks to the no-drip tip and anti-colic valve.
I love the simple design of the bottle (reminds me of a mason jar) and that it has minimal parts and a wide neck making it easy to clean and air dry, as well as pour breast milk from bag to bottle.
Another reason I love this bottle is when baby gets older I can just switch the nipple out for the sippy spout and not have to buy all new cups, saving money & the environment!
Thanks to the Stellar Product Testing Panel for providing me with this baby bottle, I will be purchasing more of these bottles in the near future!

Great Quality Bottle

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the Philips Avent Natural Baby Bottle. It is sleek and is easy to hold with its ergonomic design. It is definitely my breastfed baby’s preferred bottle. He is on the older side (11 months), so he is not as particular about the milk flow at this point. I did find it particularly hard to detach the cover when the bottle was wet during washing, but this bottle is otherwise easy to wash and use (as long as you detach the cover before washing). This bottle saved my wedding day! My 6 month old has been 100% breastfed since leaving the NICU. He quickly adjusted to this bottle to give me some freedom on my wedding day. The bottle itself is easy to clean and assemble with minimal parts. My only complaint is that the flow rates for this bottle are not similar to other brands- but with a little more research to determine what your baby needs, this bottle will be perfect for you!

Nice bottle but try different nipple flows

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was given this baby bottle to try as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel. My 6 month old is breast and bottle fed so I thought this bottle would be perfect. He is able to control the flow which is nice but he gets frustrated because it is not fast enough. I tried the level 3 flow nipple and it did improve slightly so it’s possible I might need to try a level 4 or higher. I do love that it doesn’t have a lot of parts, is easy to clean. My baby is used to a narrow nipple but took to this wide one fine. The shape is easy to hold. Overall, the design is nice and I will definitely play with the nipple levels a little more to see if I can find one that my baby likes.

A bottle set apart from the rest

We have used multiple major brand bottles in the past but truly enjoyed using this one. The natural response system made a difference in the spit up that my 7-month-old had compared to the other brands. The bottle was very easy to clean with a bottle brush. My 7-month-old was able to hold the bottle with both of her hands without issue. I also liked that there were only three parts to the whole bottle which were all dishwasher safe. The only drawback I had to this bottle was the cap was sometimes hard to open. One-handed and required a twisting action with both hands in order to remove the cap. Other than that, the customizable flow levels were helpful in making sure that my child had the perfect flow that matched her feeding speed. Due to the ease of use, decreased reflux, and easy to clean product, we were very satisfied with this bottle and have already recommended it to other parents.

Does not mimic breastfeed flow

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Was excited for this bottle but my baby hated it. He was choking and sputtering from a flow that was much too fast and wound up refusing bottles for several feedings after. It bothers me that this is advertised to be close to breastfeeding but the flow is extreme compared to the breast. They need to do better. I was given this product as part of the stellar product testing panel. All opinions are my own.
