Trust the classics

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I think about Avent bottles I think of classic, boring and old style bottles…well it’s better if I say “used to think”, because my mind has been changed and blown!
I’ve loved everything about these bottles! From the easiness to wash and assemble to the fact that I can prepare an 8oz bottle of formula and not have it all spill out when the powder is added (which happens with the ones I was using).
While the nipple flow that comes with the bottles (3) was a bit slow for my 6 months old, I loved the fact that she could control the flow of milk. The only downside about this is that if you want to test the temperature of the milk you’ll need to squeeze the nipple for something to come out…so yeah, the spill proof nipple definitely works!
My daughter took on this bottle with no fuss after being breastfed exclusively for 5 months and only being used to one type of bottles. One thing we noticed was that there was no milk dripping out of her mouth (common with the other bottles). The shape also made it very easy for her to hold the bottle and “self feed”.
With the size 4 nipple these bottles were absolutely the perfect addition to our lives!

Great for newborns and beyond

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Philips Avent Natural Bottle has been a winner in my house. My 21 month old still drinks milk from a bottle and loves this bottle. My one month old took to this bottle fairly easily and the responsive tip feature on the nipple is a game changer. It allows my baby to only take in milk when she is actively sucking on the nipple, which is a huge safety feature for me. I love that this bottle only comes in three easy to assemble pieces that are dishwasher safe. With four kids under the age of 5, I don’t have to to scrub bottles all day. Thanks, Stellar Product Testing Panel for providing me with this bottle set. Philips Avent products are always top notch.

Best Bottle on the Market

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a second time mom, I now know a little more than I did the first go around. With my first, we cast a wide net and tried several different bottles, quickly realizing Avent was the winner hands down! We still feel the same for round two.
We were given these bottles as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel and couldn’t be more thrilled. We love the lightweight ergonomic design, making them easy to hold while maintaining an overall clean and sleek aesthetic, which this mama appreciates.
The simple wide neck design makes cleaning a breeze, and you don’t have to fuss with numerous parts. Our baby girl had been exclusively breast fed up until this point and we were looking for an opportunity for dad to give her a bottle every now and then. She took to this in no time and seemed to handle the flow well. If anything it may have started a little too slow as she is used to an over productive and abundant source from mama.
We have had no issues with nipple confusion and she hasn’t rejected either the breast or bottle. We’re confident in the responsive tip and it’s help in a smooth introduction to a bottle. It has given us some comfort knowing our baby girl can take a bottle if needed.
Avent is continually the bottle we grab. Our happy and well fed kiddos speak volumes to these bottles!

Breastfeed baby takes bottle

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was excited when I received this Philips Avent Natural Baby Bottle Set with Natural Response Nipple (9 oz) baby bottle set from the Stellar Product Testing Panel. I currently breastfeed my 9 month old and also started supplementing her with pumped breast milk for some feedings. We’ve used so many different brands of bottles, and I think this one is my favorite.
The bottle design was well thought out. I love that the bottle has a wide neck and nipple shape, which makes it extremely easy to clean. I think the wide nipple helps mimic the breast; therefore, my 9 month old took the bottle right away without a fuss. I was afraid the bottle would alter my daughter’s latch, but she still latches on properly to breastfeed. The bottle slims down in the middle, which makes it easier for us to hold as well as my baby trying to hold her own bottle.
The nipples that came with the bottles are flow size 3 (1+ months). My daughter was exclusively breastfed until recently; therefore, I think she actually likes the slower flow rate. Since my daughter is 9 months now, I definitely would like to try a higher flow rate to see if she prefers that better than the current one.
My husband and I both love the bottle. It doesn’t leak like other bottles we’ve tried. The only downfall about being leak-proof is that it’s hard to test the temperature of the milk in the bottle by shaking it out. Other bottles, you can just shake it and the milk will drop onto the back of your wrist. For the Philips Avent bottles, you have to squeeze the nipple for the milk to drip out to test heated milk temperatures.
Overall, I would recommend this bottle. I really like that it doesn’t leak and waste all my precious breast milk. It’s super easy to clean. A good bottle is one your baby will drink from, and my baby takes this bottle; therefore, it’s good for us.

Aesthetically pleasing and drip free

I am a fan of these bottles! As a mom of multiples I feel like I get stuck in my ways with baby products. So when I was asked if I wanted to review these I felt like I would automatically not like them as much as my current bottles- I was wrong. I love the look- simple but cute and gender neutral. The flow 3 I think is a little slower in comparison to other flow bottles but the flow 4 my baby could down a 6 ounce bottle in a couple minutes (she is 5 months old) the bottle is easy for her to hold and if she drops it not a single drop leaks. You read that right- it truly is leak proof! I’ve been using it for over a week now and I’m very happy with it! I recommend giving these bottles a try.

Easy to use

Simple and Smooth

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm a simplistic person and this bottle is as simple as they come. I received the Philips Avent Natural Baby Bottle Set with Natural Response Nipple, 9oz. from the Stellar Product Testing Panel. The bottles are a sturdy material and have a sleek curve that makes it easy for my daughter to hold the bottle herself. With a wide and natural feel nipple, my daughter (7 months) didn't have any issue transitioning between breastfeeding and bottle feeding. Additionally, the wide top makes it super easy for me to pour milk into the bottle from storage bags and so easy to clean at the end of the day. The bottle set came with a Flow 3 which seemed to work well for my daughter (previously used a slower flow) but because she was able to pace her milk flow with the nipple, she was also able to go between a Flow 3 and Flow 4 without issue. This bottle and nipple will make for an easy transition throughout her bottle feeding stage.

Love these bottles

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm a huge fan of Phillips Avent bottles too begin with so I was very excited to receive them from the stellar product testing panel. Our baby girl has had zero luck with any other bottle. Wasn't a fan myself of other big companies. Way to many pieces to clean or just didn't have a nipple she would latch to. She's been 50/50 breastfeeding and bottle feeding. So something similar to the breast is what she wanted and with these that is what she got. She loves these. She grasps them perfectly and latches perfectly. I don't think it gets any better than that!
